POSITION SUMMARY

The Estimator role collaborates with clients, vendors, subcontractors and our internal team to create estimates and assemble bids for projects within our core markets that enhance the profitability of the company and optimize our workforce. The role works with oversight from Lead and Senior Estimators.

POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
  • Collaborate with Lead and Senior Estimators to prepare documents for legal review.
  • Work with Lead and Senior Estimators to identify bid type and scope, construction timeframes, materials, and labor expenses, and bonding and bid requirements.
  • Travel to and attend pre-bid meetings and/or to jobsites accompanied by a more senior member of the team.
  • Identify any potential project risks and discuss with the Lead and Senior Estimators.
  • Make recommendations on if subcontractors and materials are needed and gather needed quotes.
  • Work with Lead and Senior Estimators to perform takeoffs.
  • Create supporting documentation to support construction plans.
  • Collaborate with Lead and Senior Estimators to finalize the work plan.
  • Complete bid forms, enter information in appropriate websites, and ensure everything is in order to submit a final bid with oversight from Lead and Senior Estimators.
  • Maintain bid logs.
  • Assist with the labor and equipment rate schedules.
  • Collaborate with Project Management and Field Leadership to ensure the job is set up correctly.
  • Others duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent knowledge or skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 1 to 2 Years of estimating experience in the electrical construction field.
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.

Job Details Lead day-to-day operation of blown film extrusion lines, ensuring consistent product quality and line efficiency.

Perform machine setups, line start-ups, changeovers, die cleaning, parameter adjustments, and shutdowns.

Optimize film gauge, clarity, COF, and overall performance through precise process control.

Monitor melt temperatures, extruder performance, air ring settings, take-off speeds, and winding quality.

Diagnose and resolve extrusion issues (gels, gauge variations, die lines, web breaks, contamination, etc.).

Work closely with maintenance to address mechanical or electrical problems impacting production.

Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, aligned, and maintained to minimize downtime.

Verify product meets customer specifications and internal quality standards.

Partner with QA to address nonconformance, implement corrections, and prevent reoccurrence.

Maintain accurate documentation related to production, quality checks, and material usage.

Train new/existing employees on machine operation, safety, quality, and best practices.

Assist the supervisor in directing workflow and ensuring shift objectives are met.

Support trials for new materials, resins, tooling, and product development projects.

Qualifications 3+ years of experience in blown film extrusion (monolayer or multilayer).

  • Responsible for organizing, developing, and presenting service training for Astec, Inc. customers, including maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and operating instructions.
  • Responsible for telephone service assistance as needed, working from Astec, Inc. offices or home.
  • Provide accurate data for evaluation by Engineering and Manufacturing Departments for immediate solutions and make recommendations as needed.
  • Evaluate staff performance at meeting company and personal performance goals and make recommendations based on appraisals. Ensure performance appraisals are utilized throughout the department.
  • Review and approve expense reports, while controlling costs and following the guidelines in our travel policy.
  • Review and approve employee timecards. This includes time management for overtime and work schedule from the office to the field.
  • Coordinate issuance of Service Bulletins and follow up on completion of said work.

  • Participate in staff meetings and other meetings as needed across all sites.

Summary of position:

  • The Master's Clinical Counselor / Therapist will be responsible for the maintenance of all clinical and therapeutic functions of the co-occurring programming (IOP, SOR, MAT).
  • The therapist must be able exercise sound judgment and effective decision making, ability to set boundaries, aptitude for empathetic listening, flexibility, willingness, and adaptability to working with diverse populations.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively and possess good time management and organizational skills.
  • Therapist must be able to work independently and in a team setting, while adhering to federal confidentiality laws and accepted standards and guidelines.
  • Must be able to initiate and maintain clinical relationships and interact appropriately with referral sources.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Service Delivery

  • Clients will be offered quality care in a group and/or individual setting.
  • Completes comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine recommendation for appropriate level of care, with respect to ASAM criteria.
  • Completes screening, orientation, and intakes into outpatient co-occurring programming.
  • Facilitates Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) group sessions, with frequency and curriculum outlined by program guidelines.
  • Provides evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and/or family formats as appropriate.
  • Provides services to clients involved in MAT program, providing assessment, case management, and therapeutic services weekly.
  • Introduce clients to various recovery modalities, including but not limited to the 12-Step model.
  • Facilitate random drug screens with clients.

2. Productivity/Administrative/Census Management

  • Provides direct clinical care to clients at a minimum of 75% of hours worked each week.
  • Facilitates IOP groups 3 days a week, for 3 hours a day.
  • Schedules and provides therapy to clients weekly or as needed based on the client's needs.
  • Provide case management to clients as needed, addressing the individual and family needs.
  • Provide a weekly parenting support groups or individual sessions to address parenting needs and guidance with the clients.
  • Keeps up-to-date attendance roster for groups and individual sessions.
  • Completes and submits monthly billing report for grants and insurances billed under therapist's purview by the 3rd of each month.
  • Completes and submits monthly TNWITS reports by the 3rd of each month.

3. Documentation

  • Completes all documentation in compliance with Center standards and practices.
  • Completes clinical documentation in all systems (TNWITS, Centricity, SPARS, etc.) to ensure compliance with payer source standards.
  • Maintains clinical and administrative compliance within all Center P&P, confidentiality, and CARF guidelines.
  • Responds to all flags, emails, and voicemail within 2 business days.
  • Completes all chart documentation within 2 business days.
  • Reviews client treatment plan weekly, and documents clients' progress on objectives and updates plan as needed.
  • Bases treatment decisions on a clinical framework and effectively establishes and documents medical necessity for the appropriate level of care.
  • Effectively manages admissions and discharges; makes referrals for clients and/or family members as appropriate.
  • Demonstrates a comprehensive and integrated service plan; client record clearly communicates the plan.
  • Maintains and documents contact with referral sources to monitor client adherence and progress.

4. Networking

  • Maintains positive relationships with internal departments to meet program needs and maximize growth.
  • Develops a positive and working relationship with outside agencies to meet program needs.
  • Markets the program as well as HRMC as a whole in the community to increase and sustain an appropriate level of business.

COMPENSATION:

Starting salary for this position is approximately $51,878/year based on relevant experience and education.

Schedule:

This position requires utilizing a personal dependable vehicle to conduct center business. Maintaining a dependable vehicle and certified driver status is a condition of employment.

Education / License:

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's Degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family therapy, Community Agency Counseling, Social Work, or other closely related field of study.
  • Extensive knowledge of addiction and general knowledge of mental health and co-occurring disorders are essential.
  • Knowledge of 12 step programs, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and aftercare are also required.

The RT Vent Field Clinician is a Respiratory Therapist providing respiratory patient care to Vent patients for optimal outcomes. Provides respiratory care to patients in alternate sites in accordance with AdaptHealth’s policies and procedures. Respiratory care will be preventative, rehabilitative, and palliative in nature. The RT will utilize all the resources available within the agency and community to accomplish care objectives.   • Utilizes various sources of information to attain greater competence about his or her position, including attending educational events (including attending optional in-services) and asking questions.

  • Ensures accuracy of prescriptions and plan of care was followed and documented. Also reviews delivery tickets, home inspection, ventilator check, and patient equipment competencies are complete and documented. 
  • Maintains proficient knowledge of ventilator patients including compliance software, new technology, units, and supplies supported by Adapthealth.
  • Ability to demonstrate and instruct on use of vent units and supplies. Ability to make decisions for patients based on compliance data and assessment.
  • Communicates with team, physicians and referral sources and other patient agencies ensuring prompt attention to patient care issues. 
  • Maintains working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and other third-party payer guidelines related to ventilation.  
  • Electronically documents patient care activity, intervention provided and all communication regarding the patient. Documentation is accurate, complete and follows company standards.
  • Appropriate steps taken to ensure recommendations and orders sent are acknowledged and followed up in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for accuracy, clarity, and timeliness of verbal and written communications as it relates to role.

  • Associates degree from an AMA approved respiratory program,

The role of Master Control Operator is responsible for operating the multi-channel and multi-brand control point for Sinclair Television Stations located in Chattanooga, TN.
