Summary:
The ServiceNow Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow across the organization. Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Payroll Specialist (NAMER)
Duration: 8+ Months.
Location: Remote
- Senior Payroll Specialist will independently execute semi-monthly, high-volume North American payroll (US / Canada / Mexico) in a fast-paced environment, ensuring payroll is accurate, audit-ready, and approved on time.
- This role owns payroll readiness end-to-end in tandem with our Payroll Specialist - preparing inputs, validating results, and proactively resolving issues before approval - with the Payroll Manager reviewing final outputs.
- In addition, this role will prepare monthly journal entries and accruals and partner with the Accounting team to support reconciliations and other analyses as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Execute semi-monthly, high-volume NAMER payroll (U.S., Canada, and Mexico) in a fast-paced environment, delivering accurate and on-time payroll results.
- Own payroll readiness by preparing payroll templates/loads and validating upstream inputs (e.g., Workday changes, benefits/tax updates, and one-time payments).
- Perform pre-approval audits and exception/variance checks; ensure issues are identified, resolved, and documented before approval.
- Proactively troubleshoot payroll errors, drive root-cause resolution, and reduce repeat issues through improved checks and documentation.
- Manage out-of-cycle payments as needed (manual checks/electronic transfers) with appropriate approvals and an audit trail.

The goal of our MRP is to attract experienced, high potential graduates to develop them into future leaders within Newsbreak. The MRP provides candidates with broad exposure while building depth within a track to accelerate individual development with the intention of assuming key roles upon program graduation.
Facts About NewsBreak's Management Rotation Program:It is a customized leadership rotation program matching the needs of the individual MRP candidate with the business and needs of NewsBreak.
The program consists of a minimum of 2 rotations in various business areas within 2-3 years of joining.
All MRPs are assigned a Sr. Executive Sponsor while on program as well as rotation leaders and mentors.
Minimum of 3 impactful assignments aligned with a key business objective & personal development plan that drive business results.
Gain professional experience through challenging assignments, exposure across various lines of business & visibility to senior leadership.
Rotations may include exposure to various US operations/locations.
Potential Functional Rotations (Can Rotate Between Different Tracks):Product: AI Product Strategy -> AI Product Management
Growth: User Growth -> User Acquisition Strategy
Corporate Development: AI Investments -> AI Acquisition -> Alliances & Partnerships within the AI Ecosystem
Finance: Corporate Strategy -> Capital Markets -> FP&A -> GTM Finance
You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have:Computer Science, Engineering, or any hard sciences degree (undergraduate, masters or PhD) from top tier University
3+ year of software engineering, ML engineering experience
Recent graduate from top-tier MBA preferred
Founder's mindset, builder's mentality and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills and strong executive presence with an ability to present thoughtful input to decision-making
Passion for innovative technologies and artificial intelligence, with a strong pulse on key trends and players
Annual Base Pay Range $150,000 - $220,000 USD
