Job Description Summary: This position ensures the delivery of evidence-based practice by professional nursing personnel and other staff in the designated area of responsibility.

Responsibilities And Duties: 30% Patient Care Assumes accountability for ongoing delivery of patient care during all operating hours; maintains a broad awareness of daily operations to guide patient care delivery; assures application of the nursing process by Registered Nurses in the clinical setting assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation ; assures documentation of patient care in the medical record.
Uses data from various sources to initiate continuous quality improvement at the unit level.
Coordinates nursing care in collaboration with other healthcare disciplines and assists in integrating services across the continuum of health care.

Develops and is responsible for annual operational and capital budget.

This position is for a Weather and Catastrophe Claims Services (WCCS) Claim Specialist, primarily handling homeowners, commercial and large loss claims from natural disasters and/or weather-related events. WCCS Claim Specialists may also work Fire claims with assignments to Fire Proximity territories and/or In-Office operations as business demands. You will be the first point of contact to meet with our insureds, explain coverage, estimate damages, and help them through the claims process while providing Remarkable® service.
Where you’ll work:
These are deployable positions with extensive travel throughout the U.S., with our Weather Catastrophe Claims Services team. Selected candidates must reside in one of the identified metro areas and approved counties. We are hiring 50 Remote Clinical Pharmacist Advisors to support Medicare Part D members and providers in a fast-paced, high-volume, production-driven environment.
This role is ideal for pharmacists with prior authorization, managed care, or PBM experience who thrive in a structured, remote setting.
As a Clinical Pharmacist Advisor, you will review pharmacy benefit requests, make clinical determinations, and ensure compliance with CMS and Medicare guidelines while delivering best-in-class service.
Key Responsibilities Review and process prior authorizations, coverage determinations, and appeals Evaluate clinical documentation to support approval/denial decisions Ensure all cases meet Medicare Part D and CMS compliance standards Conduct provider outreach to obtain additional clinical information Document all decisions clearly and accurately in system workflows Manage high-volume queues while meeting productivity and quality metrics Apply clinical knowledge using drug compendia and established guidelines
