Reseating parts, swap or replace parts, upgrading firmware as needed

Sever testing and validation (running diagnostics, capturing & uploading logs)

5+ years of professional experience, plus either an Associate's Degree in a technical discipline OR an equivalent combination of professional experience and education

Experience working in locations where client has a large, concentrated deployment of assets and experience with networking and Fiber

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple multifamily apartment communities, ensuring they operate efficiently, maintain excellent curb appeal, and provide an exceptional experience for residents and prospects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Property and Asset Management

  • Regularly inspect your designated assets’ physical condition, ensuring great curb appeal, clean common areas, and are a safe environment.
