KEY PURPOSE:
The Sports Marketing and Team Sales Representative will manage a territory that includes teams and clubs. This position will be responsible for managing contract deliverables for sponsored teams, athletes, and coaches while actively driving team sales through sponsorship and promotional programs. The SMR will also support sales and accounts at events.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sponsorship
- Identify and create new team contracts to leverage sponsorships within local swim teams markets.
- Review details of sponsorship contracts and agreements with Speedo coaches.
- Review and carryout sponsorship details, event outfitting, event participation with Speedo sales reps and Team Dealers.
- Carryout sponsorship details, event outfitting, and event participation with sponsored teams.
- Coordinate orders through B2B sponsored team website for equipment for teams attending National meets.
- Maintain Salesforce team sponsorship database with all team and coach contract deliverables, financial responsibilities, and coach/team contact details.
- Assist in forecasting potential promotional items and product needs for Speedo incentive programs.
- Reference contracts for all outfitting to ensure teams are staying within contract allotment.
- Following up with teams, dealers, and reps regarding outstanding orders.
- Maintain team sponsorship database with order numbers, team notes, and remaining support allowance.
- Coordinate all team sales details with AE and Team Dealer, yearly.
- Present contracts in person to decision makers, ensuring all parties understand obligations in full and how they will be fulfilled.
- Review contracts regularly ensuring obligations are being met by all parties.
- Effectively manage the travel budget to optimize team visits and swim meet responsibilities.
- Present product line to teams yearly to confirm outfitting which should be shared with Team Dealer.
- Work with AE, Team Dealer and Sports Marketing Manager to identify new teams.
- Review all aspects of Speedo sponsorship programs, contracts, and teams/coaches under agreement with Team Dealers.
- Coordinate with Sales Rep and Sports Marketing Manager to manage information, sponsorship, and promotional programs with Team Dealer Ambassadors.
- Engage with partners on the pool deck at events. make contact and build relationships with coaches, athletes, and event personnel.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all events and meetings.
Event fulfillment
- Attend industry events, National/Local swim meets and tradeshows.
- Work with selected accounts and sales reps at various events to promote brand.
- Assist with on-site booth set-up, merchandising, and restocking.
- Work with Athlete Coordinators to organize on-site athlete appearances and leverage appearances in the local competitive swimming community.

Product

About the Opportunity
I’m hiring a Revenue Cycle Manager for a mission-driven healthcare organization that provides primary care, behavioral health, and dental services to a diverse and largely underserved patient population. This is a newly reactivated, direct-hire role created to support an upcoming EMR transition and to serve as the internal point person for an outsourced billing partner.
This position is ideal for a hands-on revenue cycle leader who understands the operational and regulatory complexities of an FQHC environment and enjoys building structure, improving workflows, and coaching staff through change.
The role is fully onsite, with occasional travel to other clinic locations for training and collaboration.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
This role oversees day-to-day revenue cycle performance while acting as a bridge between internal teams and external billing partners. Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary liaison between clinic leadership and the outsourced revenue cycle vendor
- Managing follow-up on unpaid, underpaid, or denied claims across medical, dental, and behavioral health services
- Monitoring denial trends, adjustments, resubmissions, and payer portal activity
- Identifying recurring issues, workflow gaps, and escalation needs—and driving resolution
- Ensuring correct insurance selection and setup at the front desk; partnering with clinical teams to reduce avoidable errors
- Providing training and guidance to staff and providers across multiple sites
- Overseeing two junior revenue cycle team members, including coaching and day-to-day support
- Maintaining compliance with FQHC-specific requirements, including sliding fee scales, federal poverty guidelines, reimbursement rules, and policy updates
- Supporting leadership during an EMR transition, including coordination between current and incoming systems
Required Experience & Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience as a Revenue Cycle Manager or Revenue Cycle Supervisor (typically 3–5 years)
- Hands-on experience in an FQHC setting, ideally supporting primary care, behavioral health, and/or dental services
- Previous people-management or team-lead experience
- Strong understanding of claims management, payer follow-up, and reimbursement workflows
Preferred (Strong Plus):
- Spanish fluency
- Experience working with Medicaid-heavy patient populations
- Background updating or maintaining FQHC reimbursement or financial policies
Systems & Tools
- Current EMR: Athena
- Incoming EMR: eClinicalWorks (planned go-live late June)
- Comfort navigating payer portals and standard revenue cycle reporting tools is expected
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Equivalent experience, certifications, or relevant training may be considered in lieu of a degree

Essential Functions

- Participate in training and performance of in-vivo abdominal normothermic regional perfusion (NRP) (V-A-ECMO) for donation after circulatory death (DCD) procurements as well as ex-vivo normothermic liver perfusion when indicated
- Promote professionalism in the operating room for all who are participating in the recovery process
- Present and participate in relevant meetings with Gift of Hope staff regarding donation issues that arise in the recovery process
- Maintain a case log of all organ recoveries
- Other duties as assigned by the Medical Director

Under the direction of the Director of Financial Analysis Services, incumbent performs at an advanced level of all aspects of financial analysis, financial systems, processes, procedures, assessment/ improvement, and project management. The incumbent manages multiple and simultaneous projects ranging from moderate to complex and assembles the necessary resources and individuals to efficiently and effectively bring projects to completion in a timely and interdependent approach. Incumbent contributes to the development of financial management skills for to department directors/managers as requested/warranted based on an advanced understanding financial management principles and an understanding of department/hospital operations. Incumbent exhibits a high level of attention to detail, a strong understanding of financial systems/processes and controls, and strong customer service/communication skills. Incumbent also contributes to the guidance and development of other analysts. This position also requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
This position reports to the Director of Financial Analysis Services and assists in orientation/training of Financial Analysts.
Key Job Activities:
- Reports, analyzes, and interprets financial data for senior and mid-level management staff. Such reporting, analysis, and interpretation may include but is not limited to: cost analysis, revenue initiatives, service and product line profitability, pricing analysis and other ad-hoc analysis.
- Assumes an active and leadership role in the preparation of the annual cost reports for third party reimbursement agencies. Provides direction to Financial Analyst in the preparation of same.
- Assumes an active leadership role in the annual development, organization, and on-going monitoring of the Annual Budget as assigned. Recommends changes and works with appropriate managers/directors on interventions as appropriate. Provides direction to Financial Analyst in the preparation of same.
- Performs timely analysis and synthesis of specific projects (i.e. prepares detailed work plan and schedule, completes detailed analysis and research, identifies options, prepares reports for management, and recommends changes) using advanced financial skills and operational understanding.
- Develops appropriate financial models for specific projects using appropriate financial principles and practices. Standardizes business and financial analysis templates.
- Prepares financial analysis on specific areas/cost centers, reviews contractual agreements, highlights financial performance issues in conjunction with, but not limited to, Premier Operations Advisor and Value Analysis Committee (VAC) and prepares reports for management. Effectively partners with appropriate manager/director on issues for resolution.
- Provides timely and thorough communications to Directors, Vice Presidents and senior management on regarding status/progress of assigned projects.
- Works with high proficiency with hospital systems (DSS, ESS, Meditech, Medisolv, Med Assets) and with all Microsoft software applications.
- Provides advanced-level contract review, analysis and synthesis for Directors, Vice Presidents and senior management as requested.
- Takes initiative to engage in cost-saving and revenue researching and generating opportunities for the Sinai Health System and tracks them accordingly. Works with the appropriate managers/directors engaging them and implementing changes.
- Contributes to the mentoring of Financial Analysts in the department. Participates in Financial Analyst orientation and training.
- Assists in the formulation of the departmental policies and procedures and makes recommendations and offers guidelines that support the organization’s objectives to improve financial performance.
- Demonstrates an awareness of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPAA) and hospital policies in exercising due discretion when generating reports, sharing information and disclosing information both internally and to external parties.
- Develops and maintains professional contacts with reimbursement agencies, accounting firms and other professional companies and organizations.
- Demonstrates ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrates willingness to accept direction in a positive manner.

Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics; Master’s Degree preferred
- Minimum four (4) years of financial analysis experience preferred including at least two (2) years of progressive responsibility/exposure.
- Previous system/process implementation experience is preferred.
- Experience in budgeting and leadership role in financial projects desirable
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent math and communications skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to understand and utilize computer systems and applications as tools for analysis (knowledge of various financial/accounting software programs is desirable)
- Experience in EPIC and MEDITECH software systems preferred.
