The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Executive Assistant to support leadership and bring structure to our daily operations.
This is not a typical admin role. This position will serve as a central organizer for the company—helping clean up systems, manage information flow, and support both administrative and operational processes.
This role will start part-time, with the opportunity to grow into full-time quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
• Assist in building and formatting internal documents
• Help clean up and organize company Google Drive and files
• Track and follow up on open action items
Administrative Operations
• Manage incoming documents, paperwork, and digital files

• Support internal communication and coordination
Financial & Office Support
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (QuickBooks experience a plus)

Systems & Process Support

• Assist in building SOPs and internal systems

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The Senior Estimator is responsible for preparing budgets, estimates, and prebid packages for construction projects to be delivered in a Construction Management format as well as design-bid-build format (i.e hard bid).
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Displays professional communication with all parties involved in the construction project, including engaging in effective conflict resolution and problem-solving strategies.
- Builds relationships with Owner, design team, subcontractors, and suppliers that reflect and support company core values while meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Attends meetings with Owner, Architect, Contractor team, prebid meetings, site tours.
- Manages assigned project(s) to ensure timely completion of estimates.
- Assembles estimates and reviews with other team members for completeness and accuracy.
- Reviews construction documents and understands scope of work to bid.
- Execute quantity take-off using varying levels of construction documents.
- Ensures adequate participation from subcontractor and supplier bidders.
- Where predetermined standard(s) are not available, makes an estimate.
- Analyze documents to understand risk and opportunities and articulate those to management.
- Informs immediate supervisor of any observed inaccuracies or omissions in quoted items or computer database.
- Helps prepare for and participate in proposals and interviews seeking potential new business opportunities.
- Develops and maintains resource information on products, vendors, subcontractors, government requirements, etc.
- Supervises other members of the estimating team as assigned.
- Monitor estimated vs. actual cost and maintain cost histories/database

EDUCATION:
- Construction Management degree or equivalent preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 10 years of estimating, preconstruction, or operational experience with projects up to 25 million and larger.
- Knowledgeable of typical commercial construction components: site/civil, foundation and structural systems, exterior and interior finishes, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
They will determine conditions under which tests are to be conducted, and phases of test operations.
They will coordinate operational, functional, and performance phases of tests.
They will also analyze and interpret test data, and prepare technical reports of for use by engineering personnel.

Execute functional, reliability, performance, and protocol-level validation testing.

Manage the end-to-end test development lifecycle in JIRA, including user stories, integration tasks, and defect tracking.
Ensure clear traceability between requirements, test cases, and reported defects.
Collaborate with global validation teams to align testing coverage and support customer-facing and system-level validation scenarios.
Contribute to improvements in validation tools, workflows, and processes to increase testing efficiency and defect detection.
Required Qualifications Experience in firmware testing, validation, or embedded systems testing.
Knowledge of automated test development and scripting.
Experience executing functional, performance, reliability, and protocol validation tests.
Familiarity with JIRA or similar issue tracking systems.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential
Responsibilities
- Perform quality radiographic and fluoroscopic exams with the appropriate technical skills and according to the established procedure/protocols in a variety of settings, including the main department, emergency room, operating room, and other floors/areas of the hospital
- Participate in all aspects of care of the radiology patient to include pre and post care by support the patient care area.
- Provide exceptional patient care, safety, education, radiation protection, and excellent customer service experience during procedures
- Maintain appropriate documentation of patient records especially in the Radiology Information System
- Perform the duties of a staff technologist while providing direct and indirect clinical supervision and education of students in the clinical setting
- Collaborate and participate in department related projects and/or teams focused on improvement opportunities
- Assist with supportive duties such as transporting patients, office/clerical functions, equipment troubleshooting, maintaining supplies in rooms, and cleaning radiographic equipment
- Occasionally participate direct and indirect supervision of radiology students as well as indirect supervision of orderlies to coordinate patient flow
Education/Accredited Programs
- Successful completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
- 1 year of Radiologic technologist experience preferred
Licenses/Certificates/Registrations
- Current BLS Certification
- Current New York State Radiologic Technologist License

Salary Range
The expected base rate for this Glens Falls, New York, United States-based position is $30.00 to $46.62 per hour. Responsibilities
- Perform quality radiographic and fluoroscopic exams with the appropriate technical skills and according to the established procedure/protocols in a variety of settings, including the main department, emergency room, operating room, and other floors/areas of the hospital
- Participate in all aspects of care of the radiology patient to include pre and post care by support the patient care area.
- Provide exceptional patient care, safety, education, radiation protection, and excellent customer service experience during procedures
- Maintain appropriate documentation of patient records especially in the Radiology Information System
- Perform the duties of a staff technologist while providing direct and indirect clinical supervision and education of students in the clinical setting
- Collaborate and participate in department related projects and/or teams focused on improvement opportunities
- Assist with supportive duties such as transporting patients, office/clerical functions, equipment troubleshooting, maintaining supplies in rooms, and cleaning radiographic equipment
- Occasionally participate direct and indirect supervision of radiology students as well as indirect supervision of orderlies to coordinate patient flow
Qualifications/Experience
Education/Accredited Programs
- Successful completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
- 1 year of Radiologic technologist experience preferred
Licenses/Certificates/Registrations
- Current BLS Certification
- Current New York State Radiologic Technologist License
- Registered Radiologic Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)

- Demonstrated ability to hold a high level of clinical and professional accountability
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, students, staff, and physicians
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to our patients and stakeholders
- Ability to coach and teach less experienced team members
- Ability to promote and work in a team setting
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a patient population of diverse educational, cultural, spiritual and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Computer literacy problem solving skills required
Salary Range
The expected base rate for this Glens Falls, New York, United States-based position is $30.00 to $46.52 per hour. Exact rate is determined on a case-by-case basis commensurate with experience level, as well as education and certifications pertaining to each position which may be above the listed job requirements.
