The Role

We’re looking for a driven, strategic Wholesale & Partnerships Account Executive to help build Forme’s wholesale and professional channel business from the ground up. This role will be instrumental in expanding our presence across specialty retail, golf, performance, and medical/wellness channels in the U.S.


This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, loves opening new doors, and cares deeply about long-term relationships and sell-through—not just initial orders. You’ll be one of the first hires focused on wholesale, helping define how Forme shows up in physical and professional environments.

Channel Focus

  • Physical therapy, chiropractic, sports medicine, and wellness clinics
  • Select premium fitness and health clubs


What You’ll Do

New Business Development

  • Build and manage a target list of wholesale and professional accounts
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to product presentations, assortment recommendations, negotiation, and closing

Account Onboarding & Growth

  • Onboard new accounts with curated assortments, merchandising guidance, and product education
  • Drive sell-through and reorders by monitoring performance, recommending mix adjustments, and planning light activations
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned accounts

Education, Storytelling & Trade Marketing

  • Partner with marketing and product to tailor sell-in materials by channel
  • Support staff education so partners can confidently explain Forme and identify the right customer
  • Gather and share structured field feedback to improve messaging and go-to-market execution

Process & Reporting

  • Track pipeline, account activity, and forecasts in CRM
  • Report on new doors, revenue by account and channel, and sell-through trends
  • Help refine the wholesale playbook, including door criteria, standard terms, and onboarding cadence


Must-Have Experience

  • 4–8+ years in wholesale or B2B sales within:
  • Premium technical/outdoor apparel, activewear, sports, footwear, or health/wellness brands
  • Specialty retail, golf/pro shops, performance, or medical/wellness channels
  • Proven track record of:

This is a non-exempt hourly position with possible earnings of $131k - $141k/year with up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus, plus relocation and travel allowance for longer commutes.


The hourly range for this role is $60/hr. to $65/hr., with daily guaranteed overtime (3, 12-hour shifts) however, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities (SE&TC) integrates, verifies, and validates our products. We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. The Effectors Center in the SE&TC Directorate is seeking a Hardware Lead focused on design, physical assembly, lab integration, platform integration, and/or flight test. In this role you will be hands- on, supporting the design, assembly, integration, and completion of the unit under test for successful execution of test events.

What You Will Do

  • The core of what you will do is drive the physical assembly and test of the unit under test. You will direct the activities of junior engineers and provide technical leadership in the lab and in the field.

  • Expectations of the role: ability to effectively communicate and confidently present to program leadership (internal & USG), attention to detail, ability to be organized and prioritize efforts and a strong work ethic. Ability to mentor and guide a team of junior engineers. Technical know-how to conduct missile level integration and test.

  • Travel Requirements – up to 10% of the time. Some testing events may require weeks of travel.

  • Physical Requirements – This position requires the ability to physically inspect missiles, support the test set up of missiles, help maneuver missile during packing/unpacking and potentially support multiple long days of testing in a row in austere conditions.

  • Shift Information: This is primarily a 1st shift position but work hours may shift when needed to support test asset delivery. This position is onsite.

Qualifications You Must Have 

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics or Math and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience

  • Hardware Systems Integration, Platform Integration and/or Flight Test experience

  • Experience supporting field tests, or systems deployed in the field

  • Experience with Verification and Validation methods

  • Experience with the use of lab/field test equipment

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience in generation and presentation of documentation to internal & USG stakeholders

  • Software integration experience at the missile level

  • Hardware integration experience at the missile level

  • Test plan and procedure generation for missile level test events

  • Experience conducting EMI/EMV/HERO at the missile level at USG test facilities

  • Missile level troubleshooting experience

  • Experience preparing for and coordinating the shipment of significant test equipment

  • Flight test experience
