We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Full time, Permanent Clinical Director - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. Qualifications:
1. Minimum of a Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
2. BCBA certification in good standing.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical/center- based setting, with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis.
4. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a strong track record of team management and development.
5. In-depth knowledge of behavior analysis principles, procedures, and best practice standards.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, staff, and community partners.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for delivery and pickup of containers to and/or from customer locations; provide an effective and incident free delivery or pickup of a container while maintaining excellent rapport with the customer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive and operate a commercial truck with a patented lift mechanism to load and unload containers at customer sites in a safe manner by following all safety rules
Perform and log daily pre and post trip inspections of commercial vehicle and lift
Accept add-on deliveries as required to meet business needs
Use company handheld computer for delivery verification and navigation
Operate a forklift and/or an overhead crane
Clean and inspect containers to ensure they are presentable for delivery to customer
Coordinate rental paperwork and payment with the customer
Communicate with the Driver Lead or Market Manager on customer questions and/or issues; Prepare driver notes as needed
Perform repairs of containers and lifts in the field and at the storage center
Provide backup for storage center functions when needed
Maintain cleanliness of truck cab (keep free from debris inside and outside)
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.
Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. The amount of compensation is dependent upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, whether the surrogate carries twins, what procedures a surrogate is required to undergo and whether the delivery is vaginally or by cesarean section.

Summary: The Laird Chesterfield site is seeking a Quality Coordinator. Laird designs, develops and delivers industry leading solutions that protect electronics to enhance the performance and reliability for our customers. Our global organization of world-class scientists and engineers provide solutions to our existing and future customers’ complex problems. A successful candidate will lead the Chesterfield location’s Quality Management System requirements as well as key improvement programs, including support for automotive and aerospace manufacturing sites across Laird. This specific location is not a manufacturing site but includes processes and activities such as Sales, Quoting, Customer Service and some Product Design. Other activities related to quality include but are not limited to system implementation, standardization, and automation. The Quality Coordinator will ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to internal, Quality Standard requirements (ISO 9001 and others), customer requirements, and any applicable regulatory/legal requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES

GP Strategies Government Solutions has an immediate need for an Aircraft Structures Instructor to support a large aerospace client in St. Louis, MO. We are seeking candidates who are able to conduct training covering a broad range of structures subject matter including, but not limited to: Heavy Structures, Drill and Fill, Fastener Install and Removal, Bond and Ground and Sealing. This is a full-time, temporary position with an approximate end date of 12/31/25.
Job Summary:
- Conducts and performs training or solutions using the appropriate medium and method (classroom, computer-based training [CBT], distance learning, simulations, on-the-job [OJT], coaching, job-aids) to satisfy business needs and requirements.
- Assesses and tests the competence of employees in performing tasks requiring certification or qualification to comply with government and organizational standards and specifications.
- Expert in navigating technical documents related to manufacturing / repair documents and/or blueprints (detail, assembly or installation drawings).
- Confers with management/client to understand work situation.
- Delivers training sessions covering specified areas of technical specialty.
- Evaluates training programs and reports on trainee progress.
- Maintains training programs and materials.
- Prepare training areas to be teach ready
Qualifications:
- Education, training and prior aerospace experience in structures including but not limited to Heavy Structures, Drill and Fill, Fastener Install and Removal, Bond and Ground and Sealing preferred
- Presentation skills or training/teaching background/experience
- Ability to travel 10-15% if needed

Assignment Location – St. Louis, MO
- Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
- Fingering (typing), communicating, repetitive motions.
- Close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data, view computer monitors and read. May need to view presentation screens and other visual aids in a virtual setting.
- Inside environmental conditions with protection from outside elements.

Job Summary:
- Conducts and performs training or solutions using the appropriate medium and method (classroom, computer-based training [CBT], distance learning, simulations, on-the-job [OJT], coaching, job-aids) to satisfy business needs and requirements. Assesses and tests the competence of employees in performing tasks requiring certification or qualification to comply with government and organizational standards and specifications.
Qualifications:
- Education, training and experience in F18 and QF16 structures preferred
- Prior manufacturing and Quality experience
- Prior demonstrated instructor delivery required;
- Familiarity with MyLearning system and MQS Processes preferred
