Our client in CA is actively seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to join their team for a 120-day assignment, commencing Mar 30, 2026. This vital role primarily focuses on providing comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventative care, chronic disease management, and addressing acute concerns, with a consistent daily schedule from 9a-5p. You will contribute to a supportive healthcare setting, managing patient referrals and labs, while ensuring high-quality primary care services.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide outpatient primary care in a clinic setting.
• Conduct preventative care, physicals, and chronic care management.
• Address infections and simple acute care concerns; urgent care level cases are referred to local hospitals.
• Manage patient referrals and laboratory orders.
• Conduct patient appointments, typically scheduled for 30 minutes.

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Family Medicine required.
• Experience with RPMS EMR system.
