Additional Information
This is a salary plus incentive program eligible role. RRD's current pay range for this role is $50,000 to $150,000 / year. The pay range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. It is not typical for the final salary offered to be near or at the top of the range. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This hands-on program is facilitated by a dedicated sales leader who will teach, coach, and provide feedback to the Sales Apprentice so he/she can fulfill the requirements of their future role. They learn how to increase sales, penetrate markets, and generate maximum returns for themselves and the company. In addition, they learn how to handle many of the more difficult problems in marketing, such as explaining to prospects the technical aspects of Garland roofing systems, selling against tough competition, and working through customer perceptions that directly affect business. JOB EXPECTATIONS:
The basic responsibility of a Garland apprentice is to represent Garland to all customer accounts in a designated geographic territory. POSITION SUMMARY
The Key Account Director (KAD) Sales - Oncology is responsible for the strategic engagement with Integrated Delivery Systems (IDNs), health systems, large group practices and high-volume HCPs to drive the launching, adoption and selling of the assigned portfolio of Celltrion USA, Inc. (“Company). This role is pivotal in executing market access strategies, fostering provider relationships, and ensuring successful product launches within the assigned territory. Other responsibility includes analysis of sales data to identify opportunities for business growth in assigned territory.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Pharma-Commercial, pre-launch launch, and post-launch of products.

JOB OVERVIEW - The Regulatory Affairs Coordinator reports to the Senior Director of Policy and supports ABC’s federal regulatory and advocacy initiatives. This role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing federal regulatory activity affecting ABC members and the construction industry, drafting policy communications and advocacy materials, and assisting in the planning and execution of regulatory and legal conferences and related events.

CATERING SALES ASSISTANT
Our Catering Sales Assistant is an organized, detail-oriented hospitality professional who plays a critical role in supporting our Catering and Events Sales Team. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, helping to guide events from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up. With a strong focus on communication, accuracy, and service, the Catering Sales Assistant helps ensure every event is thoughtfully planned, flawlessly executed, and reflective of our brand standards. This position requires a proactive mindset, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in event design, offering hands-on exposure and development toward an Event Designer position.
Base Salary: $55K-$65K + Commission
WHAT OUR CATERING SALES ASSISTANT DOES:
- Respond to inquiries with detailed information gathering and ensure timely follow-up
- Handle and process drop-off catering orders, including follow-up and billing
- Prepare for production meetings to ensure timely, complete, and accurate information is communicated to each department manager in advance
- Create menu cards and other event-related materials
- Source specialty items for events
- Proposal drafting, menu creation, and event designing with routine revisions of outstanding proposals and follow-up with clients
- Assist with billing and post-event follow-up with clients, outside vendors, and captains
- Assist with marketing efforts to develop prospective client lists and participate in proactive outreach
- Assist in managing deposits and A/R collections
- Attend events and provide on-site support
- Customer service, post-event follow-up phone calls, thank you notes
- Maintain CRM module, ensuring follow-up and that information is accurate
- Performs all other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE A CATERING SALES ASSISTANT:
- College degree, or relevant hospitality/catering experience
- 1- 3+ years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of catering operations and logistics
- Passion for hospitality, entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Technical proficiency – Microsoft Office suite, Canva, familiar with learning and onboarding to new software
- Team player, interpersonal skills
