Lead the accounting and financial reporting activities (including monthly/quarterly/annual financial/SOX audits) of AHM Automobile Business Segment I in accordance with IFRS/US GAAP/SOX as well as collaborating with North American Honda subsidiaries for automobile business performance, including inventory valuation, cost of sales, and vehicle service contract accounting.

• Manage and review AHM financial reporting and account analyses for Automobile Segments, with a main focus on inventory, cost of sales, and vehicle service contract accounting
• Coordinate AHM quarterly/annual financial audit (including SOX compliance)
• Prepare/present account analysis from business performance perspectives to management (esp. for key areas such as retail and wholesale sales results)
• Implement new accounting standards/modify existing reporting in accordance with IFRS/write accounting memos for new transactions, drawing accounting treatment conclusions based on appropriate accounting guidance, working closely with AHM and other NA entities in the rapidly changing Honda re-org activities
• Develop/train staff by transferring knowledge/providing challenging work/asking questions for process improvements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field
• 7+ years in accounting/finance
• Public/accounting or accounting in a distribution/manufacturing company
• Technical Accounting analysis under IFRS/US GAAP and application
• Management/supervising experience
• Experience in a multi-national company is a plus
• Good communication skills (verbal/written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PPT)
• SAP knowledge is a plus 
• CPA preferred

The Director of Customer Service & Call Center Operations is a senior leader responsible for building and leading a high-performing, culturally competent contact center serving a predominantly Asian senior Medicare population within a fully delegated, full-risk PCP IPA / MSO environment.

This role oversees patient, provider, and broker service experience while driving operational excellence, team development, and value-based care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Patient & Partner Experience Leadership

• Champion a patient-first, culturally aligned service model for Asian elderly patients and caregivers
• Ensure high standards for empathy, clarity, first-call resolution, and timely access to care
• Oversee service delivery for patients, PCP practices, specialists, and broker partners
• Translate feedback and complaints into measurable service improvements

People Leadership & Culture

• Lead, coach, and develop managers and frontline customer service teams

• Proven success leading large frontline service teams

In this role you will work on developing industry leading LED lighting and IOT products with exposure to everything from ideation to detailed circuit design, analysis, prototyping and validation. • Support the Electrical Engineering team in the design and qualification of compact LED drivers incorporating switch mode power supplies and associated control and communication circuits.
• Execute hardware testing and report results for review.
• Perform detail circuit design, simulation and prototyping under the direction of a senior engineer.
• Troubleshoot field returns, identifying root cause of problem and potential design improvements.
