Information Professional Officers (IPOs) oversee the seamless operation of the global Naval network environment. Their responsibilities include:

- Building professional excellence through education, training and certification and milestone qualifications

Work Environment
Information Professionals serve in challenging roles of increasing scope and responsibility both afloat and ashore. This could include:
- Serving as part of Battle Group staffs on ships at sea
- Working in C4I/Space/Surveillance on shore tours
- Serving on major Navy and joint staffs
- Serving in command of key communication and surveillance facilities around the globe
Training & Advancement
Those pursuing an Information Professional Officer position are required to attend Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Newport, RI.
Upon completion, candidates typically attend a five-week IP Basic Course of instruction in Pensacola, FL, before or during their initial assignment. IPOs must complete specific qualifications as part of their training during Fleet tours and are expected to pursue advanced education opportunities.
Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.

Postgraduate education is important to the success of the Information Professional. Most IPs will complete a master's degree in C4I, space, information systems, computer science or modeling and simulation.

Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer. Candidates seeking an Information Professional Officer position must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in a technical field, preferably in one of following fields: Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Operations, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, General Engineering.
All candidates must also be: U.S. citizens, willing to serve worldwide, eligible for a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance and qualified for sea duty.
General qualifications may vary depending upon whether you're currently serving, whether you've served before or whether you've never served before.
Part-Time Opportunities
There are part-time opportunities available as an Information Professional Officer.
Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Information Professional Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, Information Professional Officers may serve anywhere in the world, whether on a ship at sea or at bases and installations on shore.

Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent of that.

We are seeking a Manager of Kinship Family Advocate to join our team.

This role is responsible for the supervision of the Kinship Family Advocates. The Manager of Kinship Family Advocates ensures service compliance with contract/licensing/funding body/accreditation requirements. The Kinship Advocate Team is responsible for engaging relatives who have taken their relative children into their homes. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Kinship and Adoption.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Supervise a team of Kinship Family Advocates.

The Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior SAP Functional Analyst/Lead focusing on SAP Production Planning (PP) to join the team in Seattle, WA; Dallas, TX; Long Beach, CA; Miami, FL; North Charleston, SC; Berkeley, MO; or Hazelwood, MO.
The Functional Analyst/Lead will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) modules. Benefits and Compensation:
- The range for this position has been established at $142,000 to $200,000 per year and is U.S. Engineering’s good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.

We are seeking a senior to advanced level software engineer with strong expertise in front-end development. While this role does include full-stack development, the initial project will be primarily focused on frontend delivery. In addition to application delivery, this role serves as a mentor for less experienced development staff, and close collaboration with our User Experience team.
Key Activities
- Collaborates with UX and graphic designers to deliver visually appealing web solutions adhering to 508 compliance standards and standardized design systems.
- Partners with product owners and customers in the development of innovative solutions that achieve business goals.
- Reviews and analyzes business and technical requirements and implements technical solutions to meet those requirements.
- Works in multidisciplinary team with full-stack developers.

Required Qualifications
- Typically requires 6 – 10 years of relevant experience.

- Senior to advanced understanding of subject. Has in-depth and/or breadth of knowledge in discipline.
- Proficiency with Java, TypeScript, CSS, HTML methods.
- Senior to Advanced experience with Angular.
- Performs work independently with limited supervision and direction. Serves as a mentor for less experienced staff.

Excelligence Learning Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Business Systems Analyst to support Discount School Supply's inventory planning and purchasing operations with a strong focus on systems, analytics, and business intelligence tools. This role is critical in enhancing operational decision-making by leveraging BI platforms, structured datasets, and advanced reporting to deliver insights that directly impact forecasting accuracy, inventory performance, and supplier compliance.
You will work cross-functionally with Purchasing Managers, IT, Kitting, and Operations to ensure end-to-end visibility of inventory health while building tools, dashboards, and models that streamline workflows and deliver business-critical intelligence.
Core Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Systems Development
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools in BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BI to monitor KPIs like service levels, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and supplier performance.
- Utilize SQL and data warehouse environments to extract, transform, and analyze large data sets.
- Translate business questions into data requirements and drive data quality and visibility across purchasing, merchandising, and fulfillment functions.
- Partner with IT and Operations teams to improve systems integration, data flow, and automation of recurring reports.
- Regularly publish proposed supply plans by synthesizing inputs from demand forecasts, current inventory levels, safety stock thresholds, and lead times.
- Lead small-scale BI and system enhancement projects that improve inventory insights and forecasting agility.
Inventory Analysis & Demand Planning
- Deliver weekly performance scorecards and KPI dashboards to support Purchasing Managers and guide decision-making.
- Develop forward-looking inventory glidepaths and simulate future stock scenarios to proactively identify service gaps.
- Provide detailed inventory analyses to reduce overstock risk, improve working capital efficiency, and ensure alignment with budget goals.
- Maintain high item data integrity and ensure inventory availability aligns with merchandising strategy and system readiness.
- Ensure sellability of inventory through item status audits and system validations.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, inventory analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading BI or reporting projects and delivering data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Experience working with large datasets and applying data modeling principles.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be developing relationships with C-level individuals, CFOs, VPs, and Controllers at Financial Institutions; engaging them in partnerships around their merchant services; and completing and closing contracts framing these partnerships.
Duties & Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Develop and close partnerships with Banks around their merchant services offerings
- Maintain a sales pipeline of active engagements with Banks and targeted financial institutions
- Build relationships with senior leaders of our strategic partners
- Ensure all deals and pipeline activities are fully documented utilizing our CRM system
- Provide sales results and team information to the Chief Sales Officer accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
- Play an active role in creation of various presentations for Senior Management and other key internal and external stakeholders
Additional Responsibilities
- Develop and close partnerships with Banks around their merchant services offerings
- Develop and implement sales tactics that support the company's objectives; with an ability to profitably grow market share, and develop long-lasting partnerships
- Assist in the tactical execution of the divisional sales plans that will exceed the divisions assigned budget; create plans for improvement, as needed; implement growth strategies by division, branch, sales territory, strategic partners, clients and end market
- Driving growth through focused sales activity that results in increased account and market penetration
- Maintain and report out Sales / Sales Ops KPI's monthly with assistance/input from other key cross functional team members
- Partner with sales, marketing, and executive leadership to derive insights for the sales leadership to help shape the business
- Continually drive for improvement of sales processes, including sales forecasting, data quality, new growth opportunities and risk analysis, sales playbooks, etc.
- To remain innovative and efficient, the use of AI tools is typical and expected within this role and at Basys
- 25%-40% Travel required
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, marketing or other related fields.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years sales experience with financial institutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with CRM systems to monitor lead generation, performance, and effectiveness
