• BLS
• ST certification preferred
• Must demonstrate basic critical thinking skills on their introductory team
• Perform primary role independently
• Demonstrate the ability to anticipate surgeon needs and communicates these with staff
• Identify actual or potential emergency situations and intervene safely with assistance and/or supervision
• Complete basic skills and competencies in 2-3 service lines as delineated in the Surgery Skill Competency Checklist.
• Independently scrub complex cases in 1-2 assigned service line specialties.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE

Graduate from an accredited (CAAHEP) surgical technologist school preferred or equivalent military training or 10+ years' experience as a Surgical Technician. Understanding of procedure performed. Anticipate surgeon's needs. Have necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care. Monitor sterile field. Provide aid in exposure, hemostasis, and other technical functions. BLS and strong clinical knowledge of OR environment.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE

Graduate of an approved accredited radiography program. Registered with ARRT; ODH Ohio Radiologic License, BLS certification. Thorough knowledge of various medical imaging procedures and equipment including proper technique and positioning, handling, and administering ionizing radiation to include contrast media agents, radiographic anatomy and physiology and medical terminology. Expresses superior customer service skills. Pleasant demeanor, neat, poised appearance. Ability to function as team member, with limited supervision. We are currently hiring a Junior Project Manager for our branch location in Grove City, Ohio.

The primary responsibilities of a Junior Project Manager include:

• Working with our sales & estimating team to complete the supply and installation of commercial washroom and locker room projects
• Working with our customers to process and complete shop drawings, coordinate site measures, attend site meetings, order products and arrange for shipping
• Managing third-party subcontract installers on job site installations
• Reviewing and pricing change orders for existing projects, and actively following up to sell change orders on a profitable basis
• Resolving a variety of different issues that arise with projects, including delays, adverse site conditions, installation issues and other day-to-day challenges that come with commercial construction
• Collaborating with our manufacturer/supplier partners on orders and material deliveries
• Working with other project managers, warehouse managers and drivers to successfully complete projects
• Completing project deficiencies and working with customers to ensure complete satisfaction on their project delivery
• Assisting with warehouse management and monthly inventory
