Job Description Summary:

OhioHealth's Mobile Stroke Treatment Unit is hiring a full-time CT Technologist. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated individuals in responding to 911 calls specifically to treat stroke patients. The mobile unit is staffed by advanced practice providers, CT techs and paramedics specially trained in stroke care and connects virtually with OhioHealth stroke neurologists during the drive to the hospital. It also has an onboard CT scanner and point-of-care laboratory testing equipment, ensuring that strokes are diagnosed and treated as soon as possible.
For this position, the Mobile Stroke Treatment Unit (MSTU) CT Technologist serves in a specialized clinical and operational role supporting the delivery of advanced stroke care in a mobile environment. In addition to performing high-quality CT imaging, this role serves as a key operational and administrative contributor to the MSTU program.
The MSTU CT Technologist will participate in imaging workflow coordination, quality improvement initiatives, operational readiness, training support, and program development activities. This position works closely with program leadership, neurologists, radiologists, EMS personnel, IT teams, and vendor partners to ensure efficient, safe, and innovative stroke imaging delivery. This role provides a unique opportunity for experienced CT technologists seeking to expand into leadership, program development, and administrative functions within a nationally recognized mobile stroke program.

Responsibilities And Duties:

Obtains patient clinical history for procedure.
Reviews lab values and screens patient for allergies to determine contraindications to contrast media.
Administers oral and IV contrast media
Operates CT scanners for variety of procedures.
Coordinates workload with other clinical sections and departments.
Monitors quality in patient care functions.

Overview

Vendor & External Partner Coordination

  • Coordinate with infrastructure vendors including cabling and installation partners.

  • Collaborate with Facilities, Procurement, Infrastructure Engineering, Product Owners, Supply Chain TPMs, and Operations Project Management.

Financial Execution & Tracking

  • Manage invoice tracking, accruals, and reconciliation with Finance partners.

Duties and Responsibilities

As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA) you will perform aviation-based law enforcement operations for the detection, prevention, interdiction, and apprehension of terrorists, terrorist weapons, and other contraband and persons from illegally entering or attacking the United States. Typical duties include:

  • Conducting air patrol, surveillance, and pursuit activities related to the interdiction of smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels.
  • Monitoring behavior patterns and activities of suspect persons, vehicles, or vessels believed to be engaged in illegal activities.
  • Collecting, refining, and analyzing strategic and tactical intelligence.
  • Supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.

Salary and Benefits

Begin your career as an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA) and make up to $85,270 to - $110,846 per year based on your qualifications for the GS-11 grade level and possible extra compensation based on your duty location (see below).

Recruitment Incentive:New hires may be eligible to receive a one-time Recruitment Incentive payout of $10,000 after completing Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy (FLETC) (1 year service agreement will need to be completed) (Recruitment Incentive is only available to new Federal employees as described in 5 CFR 575.102. Your starting salary will include Special Salary Rate (SSR); Law Enforcement Availability Pay (LEAP); Recruitment Incentive; and Retention Incentive.

Qualifications

Experience:You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized professional aviation experience performing duties such as:

  • Flying as a Pilot-in-Command or sole manipulator in an airplane and helicopter in all environments of flight, including night, poor weather, unfavorable terrain, low altitudes, or speed.
  • Evaluating information rapidly and making judicious decisions promptly during in-flight operations.
  • Developing strategies and coordinating aircraft and ground assets.
  • Using information systems and databases to conduct information surveys, queries, update files and disseminate information.
  • Experience may include Operation of an aircraft as Captain, Pilot in Command, Aircraft Commander, First Officer, Certified Flight Instructor, Second in Command, or Co-pilot.

Hiring Minimums:

Certification & Ratings: A current FAA Commercial or ATP Pilot Certification with one of the following ratings:

  • Dual Rated: Airplane (Single-engine land or multi-engine land) with instrument rating AND Rotorcraft Helicopter with instrument rating.
  • Airplane Rated: Airplane (Single-engine land or multi-engine land) with instrument.
  • Helicopter Rated: Rotorcraft Helicopter with instrument rating.
  • Equivalent military rating of the above at the time of application (eligibility based on military flight experience must provide official orders, forms or logbooks showing their status as a rated military pilot).

Flight Hours: Pilot Enter on Duty minimums are 1500 flight hours; (up to 500 hours can be waived, reducing the pilot enter on duty minimums to 1000 hours.

250 Pilot-in-Command hours; 75 Instrument hours; 75 Night hours (Flight Hour Waiver available, see Required Documents); and 100 Flight hours in the last 12 months This qualification requirement is currently being waived by OPM through August 5, 2025.

FAA Class 2 medical required for assessment dated within the last 12 calendar months; FAA Class 1, FAA Class 2 or Military medical flight clearance dated within the last 12 months qualifies to start the pre-employment process for the AIA position.

Apply at 750 hours total time: Applicants applying at 750 flight hours are required to obtain at least 1,000 flight hours (depending on the number of hours approved for a waiver) at their own expense before being able to attend the 3-part flight assessment. Applicants must still meet 250 Pilot-in-Command, 75 instrument, and 75-night hours (100 flight hours in the last 12 months. This qualification requirement is currently being waived by OPM through August 4, 2026)

UAS Flight Hours:Applicants may include UAS Predator A (MQ-1), Predator B (MQ-9) flight hours and Predator A (MQ-1), Predator B (MQ-9) or predator-based flight hours. These hours may be credited towards satisfying the ""Total flight time"" 1,500 flight hour requirement only. UAS hours do not count towards the 250 flight hours as a Pilot in Command, 75 flight hours Instrument, and 75 flight hours Night. Flight hour logbooks will be required at the time of your Flight Assessment for verification.

Other Requirements

Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.

What you'll do as a Trainee Component Driver:

This is not an Information Technology-related position. If you do not have experience managing power distribution engineering/design projects, you will likely not be considered for the position.


Note: This position can work remotely, but new hires will be required to come to our headquarters in Perrysburg, OH, for an initial 2-week in-person paid orientation and training period.


Responsibilities:


Project Leadership:

Β· Responsible for measuring and developing the project manager's abilities and effectiveness through KPI's and setting core competencies in accordance with corporate governance.

Β· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.

Β· Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility.

Β· Serve as a mentor and coach to other project managers, offering guidance and support.


Program Planning and Strategy:

Β· Oversees project managers in the delivery of all program-related projects in accordance with the contractual agreement, scope, schedule, and budget of the project.

Β· Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all phases of projects within the designated program in accordance with project management processes, policies, guidelines, and corporate governance.

Β· Develop and monitor high-level project workflows, validate project scopes, and collaborate on project priorities.

Β· Oversees the creation of proposals, kickoff meetings, and discovery calls.


Program Monitoring and Reporting:

Β· Prepare, review, and approve project change orders and/or correction actions in collaboration with the client, Project Engineer(s), and Operations Manager.

Β· Provide program cost forecasting over the life of the project or program.


Program Closure:

Β· Ensure the successful closure of the program, including finalizing all program activities, obtaining acceptance from stakeholders, and conducting post-program evaluations.

Β· Document lessons learned and share best practices with the organization.


Communication:

Β· Maintain clear and consistent communication with program stakeholders, including executive leadership, project managers, and cross-functional teams.

Β· Provide regular program updates to management and stakeholders.

Β· Resolve conflicts and facilitate effective communication within the program team.

Β· Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.

Β· Accountable for contractual correspondence and communication with all stakeholders, including identification and reporting of risks, liabilities, and opportunities.


Risk Management:

Β· Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and develop risk mitigation plans and contingency strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project life cycle.


Budget Management:

Β· Manage Program level P&L reporting.


Customer/Client Relationship Management:

Β· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.

Β· Build relationships with Sr. Leadership within the customer organization.

Β· Build an understanding of the customer’s organizational structure and decision-making process.

Β· Identify and understand client challenges, propose solutions, and tailor product/service offerings accordingly.

Β· Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Β· Lead Program update calls and in-person meetings with external clients.

Β· Monitor and manage expectations of communication between staff and external clients.

Β· Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and target new business opportunities in the market.

Β· Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, set targets, and achieve revenue goals.
