Key Responsibilities:
- Assume primary ownership for the successful delivery of the audio-visual scope for assigned projects, managing the AV component's full lifecycle from initial intake and planning through to the final handover to operational teams.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Audio Visual Support, Knowledge of AV Systems Design, Project Management & Coordination.
- Bachelor Degree in computer science, information technology or related degree etc. and 4 years related experience in audio-visual technology and/or IT project management. OR Applicable years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
- Demonstrated success in formal project management, including the ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
- Proficient audio-visual technical skills, with an understanding of system design, video conferencing infrastructure, and event support.
- CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification is preferred but not required.

Director of HR Operations & Total Rewards
The Director of HR Operations & Total Rewards serves as a strategic and operational leader responsible for optimizing the organization’s HR infrastructure and advancing a comprehensive, competitive total rewards philosophy. This role directs all aspects of HR operations, including compensation, benefits, HRIS, analytics, and policy administration, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance standards, and a culture of equity, engagement, and excellence.
Principal Duties and Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute the HR operations and total rewards strategy to align with organizational goals and drive a consistent, high-quality team member experience.
- Design, implement, and govern compensation programs and pay structures that are equitable, performance-based, and market-competitive.
- Lead the administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs that enhance well-being, engagement, and retention while balancing cost and competitiveness.

- Proven success implementing or optimizing HR information systems and leveraging HR analytics for business insight.

Benefits and Compensation:
- The range for this position has been established at $142,000 to $200,000 per year and is U.S. Engineering’s good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
- Your total compensation will go beyond the number on your paycheck. Team members are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance as well as paid time off. We are seeking a Manager of FORGE Fatherhood Project to join our team. The University of Kansas School of Social Welfare (KUSSW) and its partner, Cornerstones of Care, will develop and deliver the project, Family Opportunity, Resilience, Grit, Engagement - Fatherhood (Kansas FORGE Fatherhood). Kansas FORGE Fatherhood will serve fathers and father-figures raising a child by improving outcomes in healthy relationships, parenting practices, economic stability, and receive support in accessing community resources to long-term success.
The Manager of FORGE Fatherhood Project works under the direction of the Director of Client Support Services and is responsible for the supervision of FORGE Fatherhood Facilitators, Case Managers, and service compliance with the FORGE Fatherhood Grant in collaboration with the University of Kansas
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Work in collaboration with the Project Director, Project Supervisor, Data Manager, Evaluation Team, and Financial Manager to oversee implementation of the FORGE Fatherhood Grant.

Responsibilities:
- Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols.

Perform the daily activities as described below. Basic Purpose: Perform various routine laboratory functions in a precise and accurate fashion to assist the laboratory professional staff and to facilitate production.
Job Requirements:
Sorting, and receiving specimens in the department.
Performs routine instrument maintenance on some equipment.
Performs laboratory tasks of centrifuging specimens, printing extra labels, recording data (temperature charts) specimen storage and retrieval.
Preparing reagents and or media in the department.
Preparing specimens at workstations for testing. (Including building worklists, aliquoting specimens into sample cups, checking specimens for clots and fibrin, inoculation, slide preparation)
Performs QA/QC duties as assigned.
Resolves pending lists.
Finds missing samples.
Decontaminates work areas.
Performs weekly radioactive wipe tests.
Maintains files for department records.
Changes gas cylinders.
Follows all PPE requirements and all safety regulations.
Uses the laboratory computer system as well as operates PCs.
Disposes of biohazardous material.
Completes training and competency checklists as appropriate.
