Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Produce detailed 3D geometry, documents and 2Ddrawings based on input from cross-functional teams including product engineering, process development, CAM, manufacturing, and QC.
- Design finished products, tooling, fixtures, and comprehensive technical documentation packages to facilitate manufacturing and quality control.
- Play an integral role in the team developing new or adapted manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Apply expertise in material and process tolerances to design moving parts and complex assemblies.
- Acquire proficiency in material properties for precious metals, plastics, wood, tool steel, aluminum, and 3D-printed materials to design components, complete assemblies, and process tooling.
- Adapt insights from existing manufacturing processes, product designs and materials to shape future development projects.

We are currently looking for a Civil Project Engineer who is ready to engage in a large alternative delivery (CMGC) project in Los Angeles County. This project is a multi-year project that will widen the 105 freeway from the 405 to the 605. This widening will increase HOV capacity, reduce congestion along the corridor and introduce tolling to the 105. Phase one of the project is starting at $400 Million, and the remaining phases will push the project towards $1.1 Billion. - Owns and drives brand strategic plans to increase awareness, trial, traffic, and ROI.
- Leads day-to-day operations, development, and engagement of the Field Marketing team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance assessments, and feedback.
- Partners cross-functionally with Operations, Brand, Media & Sponsorships, Commercial Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Recruiting, and other teams to drive sales, execute campaigns, and address market-specific needs.
- Develops, manages, and reconciles marketing budgets, invoices, and monthly financial results.
- Ensures consistent execution, ROI measurement, follow-up, and alignment to established methodologies.
- Builds community engagement through local partnerships, grassroots marketing, and sponsorships, including evaluation, budgeting, and execution.
- Ensures teams have the tools, systems, media, and resources needed to support restaurant marketing efforts.
- Prepares and shares weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans, reports, and analysis on sales, traffic, and performance, providing actionable market insights.
Requirements:
- 10+ years field marketing management experience in multi-unit restaurants
- Experience leading a multi-tiered field-based team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities & change.
- Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong financial acumen
- Based in Los Angeles, CA, and ability to travel 50% of the time between California and Nevada.
