Job Description:
Onondaga Community College's School of Health, Wellness and Human Services seeks applicants for a full-time tenure track appointment within the Health Information Technology, AAS and Healthcare Administration AS programs. The major responsibilities within this role include support of the two programs through the development and delivery of content and learning activities in the traditional face-to-face classroom setting, academic advising, curriculum development, committee participation, and assessment of program and student learning outcomes.
The successful candidate will:
• Use appropriate technology to deliver and enhance learning
• Be innovative in the presentation of lectures and hands-on learning activities that achieve learning outcomes
• Provide timely feedback on students' assignments and exams throughout each semester
• Assess learning outcomes and adapt curriculum to meet learning objectives
• Be responsive to student questions and available for student support
• Demonstrate insight and encouragement in working with diverse student populations, especially students traditionally underrepresented in higher education
• Review and validate current affiliation agreements while exploring new opportunities for partnerships for student internships with local and regional community agencies
• Provide appropriate academic advising to students to support timely degree completion
• Be accountable to meet the needs of the Department and the College, including timely submission of grades and other required materials.
Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Option 1:
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management from an accredited college, university, or foreign equivalent
• RHIA credential (Registered Health Information Administrator)
Option 2:
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from an accredited college, university, or foreign equivalent
• Supported by:
• Associate's degree in Health Information Technology with RHIT credential (Registered Health Information Technician) and a Bachelor's degree in a related health field; OR
• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics
• Three years of experience in a healthcare delivery system required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Teaching experience at a college level, asynchronous online experience beneficial

Position Summary
The Broadcast Systems Engineer supports a mission-critical broadcast and IT datacenter serving public broadcasting. This role is responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of both broadcast/video systems and modern datacenter infrastructure. The engineer supports a hub-and-spoke operational model and participates in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Provide technical support for CentralCast broadcast, networking, compute, storage, and monitoring systems in a 24x7 environment.
· Troubleshoot and resolve incidents spanning video workflows, IP transport, virtualization, storage, and supporting services, document findings and corrective actions.
· Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain broadcast and IT systems supporting CentralCast operations, including hub and spoke deployments.
· Maintain and continuously improve monitoring and alerting; administer and enhance Zabbix NMS monitoring (hosts/templates/items/triggers, alert routing, and dashboards as applicable).
· Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to improve system reliability and reduce recurring issues through process improvement, documentation, and automation.
· Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to service-impacting events in accordance with operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

Role Description:
Our team is seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to ensure our projects are delivered successfully and on time. This position will provide direct on-site supervision and overall management of commercial construction projects. The successful candidate must possess the knowledge, experience, and confidence to engage and professionally interact with design professionals, consultants and clients while successfully directing subcontractors and other construction related personnel in planning, coordinating and safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule and budget. This individual will work closely with the Project Manager and fulfill an integral role on our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help develop the overall critical path schedule with the Project Manager prior to construction and manage that schedule throughout the project including the creation and maintenance of look-ahead schedules. Identify schedule slips and correct independently or in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Develop and maintain the site logistics plan for the project.
- Perform constructability reviews and inform the Project Manager of any errors, discrepancies, and omissions or challenges with the building design and sequencing.
- Review and assist in developing scopes of work for each relevant subcontractor.

Market Intelligence and Reporting:
- Stay informed about industry trends, property values, and market demand for industrial properties.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management regarding acquisition activities, market conditions, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and negotiation, particularly in high-value transactions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify high-value acquisition opportunities.
- Experience managing client relationships and collaborating across departments.
- Experience in real estate acquisitions and leasing management is a plus, but not a requirement.
