The Neuroscience Sales Representative has overall responsibility for meeting or exceeding sales expectations within their assigned geographies in an ethical and compliant manner.

The Neuroscience Sales Representative will develop superior product and disease state knowledge that allows them to compliantly engage in in-depth clinical dialogue with healthcare professionals. Job Responsibilities:
- Following compliance guidelines, drives sales performance to ensure sales forecasts are met or exceeded within assigned territory by calling on predominantly Primary Care HCP offices and select PC targets within both in-person and virtually.

- Works with District Manager and key stakeholders to develop a local business plan that ensures achievement of all business objectives. Capitalizes on formulary approvals and other business opportunities through effective implementation of the strategic plan.
- Collaborates with other Neuroscience Sales Specialist-II’s on common objectives and sharing of best practices.
- Accountable for providing timely and accurate administrative management of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, synchronization, sample and expense reporting.
- Expected to meet or exceed all NSR deliverables.
- Effectively create and build a compliant business plan based on depth and breadth of customer business needs, resources and products.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for a new Manager of Accounting to join our growing NCODA team! Our top candidates will be licensed CPAs (or actively pursuing) with 3-5 years of professional accounting experience. This role is hybrid and candidates must reside in the greater Syracuse, NY area. This role is expected to work in-person at NCODA Headquarters (Cazenovia, NY) at least 2-3 days per week.
The Manager of Accounting is a key financial steward responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, managing financial reporting and analysis, guiding budget development, and ensuring compliance with nonprofit accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This role supports the strategic decision-making of senior leadership by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial data and analysis.

Responsibilities and Duties
Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Provide financial data with explanations and interpretation as requested by leadership.
- Provide direction and input for the development of accounting processes, reports, forms, records, and documented policies and procedures.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Collaborate with program managers to develop and monitor annual budgets.
- Assist in the preparation of grant budgets and financial proposals along with Manager of Operations & Partnerships.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for budget adjustments.
- Assist with company budget planning initiatives and reviewing performance metrics against budget goals.
- Plans and administers departmental budget.
- Provides historical data and projections as required for budget development and planning.
Accounting Operations
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including processing accounts payable, generating invoices, and general ledger entries.
- Monitor, review and verify accounting records and transactions for accuracy, timeliness, and adequacy of supporting documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Pursue collections of outstanding accounts receivable
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
- Oversee and directs audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, real estate lease contract agreements, long range forecasting, and insurance activities for the organization.
- Oversee general ledger account reconciliations and production of regularly scheduled summary reports, income statements, and financial statements.
- Approve all employee expense reports in compliance with company expense policy.
- Review and approve company expenses and all charges on company credit card to reconcile with bank and QuickBooks Online.
- Oversee the year-end closing process
Compliance and Audit
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and grant agreements for nonprofit entity.
- Coordinate and support annual financial audits and other compliance reviews.
- Address any audit findings and implement corrective actions.
- Reviews and evaluates internal controls and procedures for compliance.
Taxes
- Process sales tax returns
- Obtain tax exemption documents in applicable jurisdictions
- Assist in the production of annual tax filings and other required reports
- Produce W2s and 1099s for employees and contractors
Payroll
- Process payroll according to the company payroll schedule
- Verify accurate contributions and deductions for employee benefits
- Maintain payroll tax accounts in applicable jurisdictions
Cash Management
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate funds are available for operational needs.
Investment Management
- Optimize investment strategies to maximize returns on surplus funds.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years or more working professionally within the accounting field.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with cloud-based financial platforms.
Preferred:
- Licensed CPA (or actively pursuing)
- Experience in nonprofit accounting or grant-funded financial management.
- Familiarity with Stripe, Salesforce, Expensify, and other financial technologies.

As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are seeking an individual to join our organization as a Business Development Analyst supporting the Aspen Dental brand. This challenging position will provide support to one of the most dynamic segments of our company; our Practice Ownership Program (POP). The Business Development Analyst will facilitate Owner financing with 3rd Party lenders, work with Finance during month-end close regarding Practice Ownership Program economics and accounting. This position will also involve providing ongoing support for the Practice Owners via financial and ad-hoc analysis, as well as deal and financing support.
Responsibilities:
With appropriate guidance this role will be accountable for the following:
- Facilitate Owner financing with 3rd Party lenders
- Support month-end close process for Owners in partnership with Finance team
- Assist in monthly Profit and Loss statement reviews with prospective Owners and existing Owners.
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and manage TAG support and follow-up (ongoing practice requests)
- Assist, track, and follow up with internal stakeholders and Owners in the transactions from start to completion
- Prepare and present presentations with Executive Management team on Practice Owner growth
- Data Analysis and recommendations on system and process improvements
Minimum Education and Experience:
The person selected for this new and exciting opportunity will possess a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. While a few years of experience in a finance or business analyst role will be helpful, even more essential is a desire to succeed. You will need to be a highly effective communicator as you will interact with Senior Management and High Net Worth individuals. The ability to build strong business relationships in a multicultural environment is essential. This role will utilize spreadsheets extensively and an understanding of P&L’s and other financial statements will be needed. You should be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, Financial Reporting Tools, and presentation software.

About the Role
We are currently looking to hire an Administrative Sales Support Specialist to work from Usherwood’s HQ in Syracuse, NY. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow a career in sales support, customer service, or business operations. This role works closely with our sales team and internal partners to help keep client orders and agreements moving smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Process sales orders, ensuring required details are complete, accurate, and submitted on time
- Assist sales professionals with day-to-day requests so they can spend more time with clients and prospects
- Respond to requests promptly and provide helpful, easy-to-understand explanations with support from your team
- Support lease approvals, upgrade quotes, and other pre-sales activities with guidance and training
- Work with pricing and sales teams to help move special pricing requests forward
- Learn and help reinforce required agreement paperwork across all Usherwood offerings
- Perform an initial review of new client agreements to ensure information is complete (training provided)
- Partner with sales professionals and clients to correct or clarify agreements after submission
- Take ownership of assigned client transactions from submission through delivery or project completion, with team support
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and products
- Basic organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Previous administrative, customer service, or sales support experience is helpful but not required
