IT Helpdesk & Support Manager
Exciting opportunity to join a growing Fortune 500 organization!
You will manage a team of 20+ IT Support Techs and will oversee the day-to-day operations across numerous locations in the NE. Your mission is to balance tactical daily operations with strategic process improvements.
This is a direct hire position.
You will be based in an area southwest of Boston (Canton/Norwood/Walpole general area) with oversight for locations in MA, MD, VA, and RI (potential future expansion to other NE states). You will travel to various locations, as needed (majority of travel will be day trips, with approx. 20% overnight trips).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise 20+ IT Support Techs and ensure the delivery of an exceptional IT Service Experience
- Manage daily Helpdesk operations, including staff schedules & workload distribution
- Ensure prompt response & resolution of incidents/service requests while monitoring ticket queues & performance metrics
- Establish & enforce Helpdesk policies, procedures, & SLAs
- Act as primary escalation point for complex or critical technical issues
- Identify recurring technical issues & implement root-cause solutions to improve stability
- Maintain & improve internal documentation, Knowledgebase, & SOPs
- Oversee onboarding & ongoing training programs for IT Technicians
- Prepare reports & executive dashboards re: Helpdesk performance, trends, improvement areas
- Coordinate with other IT teams to resolve system-wide problems & ensure compliance
- Collaborate with various depts. to ensure IT support alignment with business goals
REQUIRED:
- 1+ years as an IT Support/Help Desk Manager, including hire/fire responsibility
- 5+ years of hands-on IT Support or Helpdesk experience
- Strong technical understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, & networks
- Ability to mentor & train new IT Technicians
- Experience with ITSM systems & remote support tools
- Experience in data management & reconciliation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, & customer service skills
- Must have a driver mindset with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass a background check & drug test (excluding THC)

General Summary of Position:
The Manager of Information Security leads Granite's enterprise security program, ensuring the protection of corporate systems, applications, cloud platforms, and data across the entire business. This role drives the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of security policies, controls, and processes while enabling secure operations across IT, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and customerfacing teams. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Granite's enterprise wide Information Security Program, ensuring

teams). - Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of corporate
security policies, standards, procedures, and supporting governance documents. - Direct vulnerability management activities across infrastructure, cloud, and
applications; coordinate remediation with engineering, DevOps, and operations teams;
validate fixes through scanning and ongoing monitoring. - Oversee cloud security for GCP and AWS, ensuring secure configuration, access
control, and alignment with best practices. - Drive secure architecture reviews, application security requirements, and SDLC
security integration for internal products. - Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Network teams to evaluate
system changes, cloud migrations, firewall updates, and new deployments to ensure
security requirements and risk mitigations are properly addressed. - Lead incident response activities-coordinate triage, communicate with stakeholders,
review root causes, and ensure corrective actions and preventative measures are
implemented. - Manage enterprise identity and secrets programs, including MFA requirements, SSO
implementation, service account lifecycle, least privilege enforcement, and secure
credential rotation. - Guide third party risk management, review vendor documentation, determine required
evidence levels, and assess security impact of new or ongoing vendors. - Provide security guidance and support for business processes, system enhancements,
corporate initiatives, new integrations, and technology transformations across the
organization. - Lead recurring enterprise security meetings to align IT, Engineering, Legal, Audit, and
business leaders on priorities, risks, and remediation activities. - Ensure proper data handling practices across the business, including the identification
and removal of sensitive or regulated data from email, local drives, Teams, and other
systems. - Support corporate continuity and resilience activities, including business impact
analysis, response planning, and readiness validation. - * Provide accurate, timely responses to security questionnaires, proposals, and customer
inquiries across business units; contribute security content for RFPs, audits, and partner

- Obtain/retain a government security clearance as may be required to perform the duties

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance,
or equivalent experience. - Eligibility to obtain and maintain Public Trust (Tier 2) or other federal security
clearances. - Handson experience implementing NIST SP 80053, NIST SP 800171, SOC 2, PCIDSS, RMF, and FISMA Moderate controls in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience with SSP writing, ATO packages, security assessments, and
continuous monitoring activities. - Experience with cloud security in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web
Services (AWS). Familiarity with application security best practices (OWASP, SDLC integration, - SAST/DAST scanning workflows).
- Ability to interpret and communicate security requirements to engineering, legal, and

Job Description

The Tempus Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Compliance specialist has a key role in supporting the state and the agency partners in ensuring PCA program participants are compliant with the use of EVV and the EVV policies. This role is responsible for implementing and overseeing the Tempus FI aspects of the EVV Compliance policies set forth by MassHealth and ensures Tempus FI satisfies contract requirements.
This role involves a broad range of tasks including: preparing compliance reports and dashboards for the state, agencies and internal teams, monitoring EVV compliance metrics and supporting CMS-related reviews and compliance assessments, overseeing/initiating needed changes to the PowerBI dashboard, researching non-compliance cases, assisting with corrective action plans and/or process improvements, and communicating across departments, with MassHealth and other contracted agencies. This role and associated activities will evolve as EVV compliance requirements increase with the maturity of the implementation.

Essential Job Functions
Serve as primary EVV compliance liaison between:
- EVV Project Leader
- EVV Reporting Analyst
- State program and policy teams
- EVV system vendor
- Call center and support operations
- Training and quality teams

- PCM Agencies
Analytics
- Maintain and monitor EVV dashboard for EVV usage, program rules violations and other data trends
- Monitor, prepare and share compliance reports for MassHealth and the agencies—which includes analyzing the data to ensure data quality, and to monitor common themes/trends
- Prepare additional reports and present information, as needed, for senior leaders and MassHealth as necessary
Operations
- Monitor the effectiveness of current compliance procedures and tools and lead the efforts to continuously improve to achieve the needed results e.g., identifying breakdowns and root causes and communicating and implementing changes
- Support the development of any new EVV Standard Operating Procedures
- Participate in EVV governance, change-control and system enhancement discussions
- Understand barriers or root causes of why individuals are not compliant and drive remediation plans
- Work with system vendor and EVV SME to resolve technical issues affecting compliance
Research Escalations and Support Communications
- Perform compliance-related research to answer questions or determine if an issue is non-compliant
- Support requests received by MassHealth/Program Integrity Team
- Support agencies and/or work in partnership with EVV Support
- Support state-led outreach and communications related to EVV compliance expectations
- Perform escalation follow-up for non-compliant individuals as necessary
- Oversee the communication plan for EVV Compliance:
- Draft, modify, and distribute EVV compliance communications
- Send PCA non-compliance list to the EVV Support team who assist with PCA outbound calls
- Create lists for Everbridge compliance messages and collaborate with IT to monitor the process.
- Send address list to Mailing Department for warning letter preparation
- Manage all incoming/outgoing EVV compliance-related emails and escalating any observed trends or case specific
Training
- Collaborate with the training and knowledge management teams to ensure EVV guidance is accurate and contract aligned
- Provide EVV Compliance training to Tempus operations teams and other individuals as necessary
- Review EVV job aids, FAQs, scripts and training content for compliance accuracy
Risk Management
- Identify compliance risks and recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance and reduce/eliminate inefficiencies.
Competencies
- Strong understanding of compliance governance, auditing and regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical capabilities to assess data and processes and articulate insights
- Experience leading a process and implementing continuous improvement—including researching root causes and implementing changes

General Summary of Position:
As a NOC Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining our clients' network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Your expertise in SD-WAN networking and firewall management will be essential in proactively identifying and resolving network issues and implementing appropriate solutions. The ability to work independently and effectively manage a ticket queue is crucial to ensure timely response and resolution of network-related incidents. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Remotely troubleshoot managed service-related issues on support calls with Granite customers and/or field technicians
- Assist with the implementation and onboarding of innovative security and networking products, including in-house designed hardware solutions
- Professionally, accurately, and efficiently handle customer requests including technical and non-technical inquiries to any NOC related services

Required Qualifications:
