The Warehouse Management Specialist (WMS) is responsible for supporting production and processing with the flow of raw materials and packaging through the facility. They will do this by verifying operator documentation, controlling losses, maintaining inventory accuracy and continuous cycle counting.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Responsible for all aspects of food safety and quality, as applicable and defined in plant and department procedures.
- Verify and maintain proper inventory accuracy to meet internal and external customer needs.
- Ensure all required inventory counts are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure no material shortages or downtime occur as a result of inventory discrepancies or inaccuracy.
- Ensure all reports/tasks are completed on time and accurately.
- Compare inventories & research discrepancies between WMS and SAP
- Provide timely and accurate information on raw material losses.
- Understand material ordering process and the role/responsibility of our offsite materials warehouse.
- Review and validate milk base batching sheets, consume materials to processing batch orders.
- Validate pallets produced per production, consume materials into production order.
- Teco (confirm production orders completed/closed) and final verification of high losses for accounting purposes.
- File Management of OCS and batching sheets to provide support and assist with traceability audits.
- Assist production and warehouse in making any corrections to quantities for produced finished goods pallets.
- Perform various work investigations, solve problems, collect data and complete work assignments as needed.
- Ensure physical counts of raw materials for inventory control take place and any necessary adjustments to include STO/COGI are completed timely.
- Assist operators with all WMS issues; schedule changes to meet demands, current tasks, relocations, etc.
- Manage the inventory and disposal of obsolete materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Consumer Relations Manager, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to leading the company's strategy and operations related to consumer feedback, complaints, inquiries and product experience insights. Oversight of the Lactalis USA Consumer Relations Contact Centers operations providing excellent consumer service and care. Call Center Operations

The Strategic Sourcing Manager US Comanufacturing, is an active member of the Purchasing Team North America (NA), participates in sharing purchasing excellence and strategies, supporting teamwork, joint learning and development initiatives. The incumbent will lead the North American sourcing strategy initiatives for an assigned Category. Under the guidance of the Associate Director procurement - US Comanufacturing, will assist in the execution of a supply strategy for managing Lactalis' US Comanufacturing network and will provide local support to Yogurt Business units across USA and Canada . This position will be expected to provide a high level of service and support for internal stakeholders by developing a deep understanding of affiliate business needs, providing detailed analysis of spend data and financial results, playing a key role in supplier relationship and performance management, and by providing necessary support for new product innovation and supply chain sustainability. This position will also be responsible for ensuring connectivity between Lactalis Yogurt business units' functions (Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Finance, PMO, Marketing, etc.) and the broader Lactalis North America Purchasing organization. The focus of this position will be primarily in support for yogurt -related co manufacturing activities in the United States.

- Develops local /regional sourcing strategies for the Category managed, using detailed analysis of historical & current spend data, combined with sourcing and research of new suppliers.
- Achieve budget objectives by identifying, developing and supporting North American sourcing strategy initiatives for the assigned Category or the North American Sourcing.
- Leads the implementation, and management of the strategy for Category, making sure the needs and specifications of each Business Unit are considered.
- Take ownership of the bid process, through in-depth knowledge and analysis of key cost drivers, qualify vendors, tender, negotiate, implement, and manage all contracts related to the category.
- Support global negotiation initiatives led by Lactalis senior global procurement team by providing information such as pricing specifications, vendor listings and negotiating at local and global level. As well as providing information as a subject matter export on the Category being managed.
- Lead cross-functional teams with internal stakeholders in the design and implementation of sourcing strategies
- Identify and execute negotiation cost savings initiatives.
- Participate as a subject matter expert in working with cross-functional teams, providing insight to key functional areas of the business for effective project execution such as process optimization. The scope includes pricing, as well as process improvements ideas provided by the vendors, and insights into the portfolio.
- Develop supplier relationships to optimize supplier quality and performance, including continuous improvement, innovation, and reduction in total cost of ownership to add value to North America region. Responsible for supplier quality and supplier contract compliance with respect to the category managed.
- Perform administrative duties such as tracking cost savings initiatives, providing monthly status reports vs. objective targets reviewing and validating pricing and communicating the pricing to master data for upload.

The Medical Assistant (MA) provides basic clinical services and support in the delivery of quality orthopedic patient care. The MA demonstrates knowledge of growth and development to appropriately care for patients. This position complies with all federal, state, and facility requirements. Adheres to the standard policies and procedures established by Synergy Health Partners.
Essential Functions:
· Assist in triaging patients to ensure productive office flow
· Make the comfort and safety needs of the patients the top priority
· Ensure exam rooms are prepared and stocked with all needed medical supplies and instruments needed for physician evaluation.
· Initiate rooming patients and measure/document patient’s vital signs at each visit, document chief complaint, current medications, and pertinent history
· Administer injections as directed by physician
· Assist with suture removal
· Document patient information in EMR or patient chart at each visit
· Assist in providing patient education materials and follow-up instructions to patients as needed
· Review pre-operative education with patients prior to the patient leaving clinic
· Assist in completing of DME paperwork and patient education and training as needed for DME equipment (if applicable)
· Schedule surgeries at the hospital or surgery center as directed and accurately complete all required paperwork prior to posting
· Answer and return all patient calls
· Complete daily follow-up on pathology reports
· Evaluate clinic schedule at least 24 hours prior for supplies needed and set up
· Clean and restock exam rooms and work areas per OSHA guidelines
· Clean and sterilize instruments (if applicable)
· Properly dispose of all medical wastes and used instruments in approved medical waste receptacles
· Observe all safety precautions and standards; ensure proper disposal of contaminated wastes
· Perform basic clerical and office functions as directed by Office or Medical Billing Manager
· Assist with scheduling and registering patients (if applicable)
· Assist with ensuring all patients are registered into billing software
· Assist with posting all charges into billing software and checking journals for accuracy
· Assist with eligibility and obtaining referrals for authorizations as needed
· Communicate billing processes to patients and others as needed
· Assist with submitting billing documentation daily as required
· Assist with patient reminder calls (if applicable)
· Assist with scribing for physician (if applicable)
· Assisting with other miscellaneous clinic duties as requested
Competencies:
· High school diploma required
· Graduate of recognized training facility for Medical Assistants. Certification is a plus.
· At least 1-2 years of experience in a medical clinic -- orthopedic experience is required.
· Can manage processes and a busy clinic flow
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Outstanding customer service skills
· Excellent self-direction, leadership, time management, and teamwork attitude
· Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
· Detail orientation and focus
