The Sales Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Store Management staff in maximizing sales, providing an exceptional shopping experience for the customer and managing the store in accordance with the company visual and operational standards. The Sales Supervisor assumes responsibility for the operations of a store as “Manager-on-Duty” in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. - Helps execute floor-set and promotional directives

- Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized and reflects the correct visual image at all times

FASHION/STYLING:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The base hourly range for this role is between $20.00 and $22.00. The relevant base salary will vary depending on wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, degrees, and certifications.
