Position Overview
Davis Wire is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and strengthen our safety culture within a manufacturing environment. This role leads EHS programs, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance. The EHS Manager maintains a visible presence on the production floor and works closely with leadership, supervisors, employees, and corporate EHS teams. Reporting to the Facility VP / General Manager.
Safety Leadership

- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs
- Promote proactive safe work practices, fire prevention, and emergency response
- Maintain a strong presence on the production floor conducting inspections and identifying hazards

Environmental Compliance
- Manage environmental programs including waste stream management (RCRA/DOT), manifests, labeling, and wastewater treatment

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations
- Complete and submit environmental reports to regulatory agencies
- Monitor wastewater treatment and acid recovery systems
- Apply basic chemistry principles including pH, acids, and bases
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety, or related field
- 10+ years industrial EHS experience
- 5+ years in an EHS leadership role preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations
- Experience with incident investigations and regulatory reporting
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- EHS certification (CSP, CIH, CHMM) is a plus

A Typical Day...Joining us as a Multi-Unit Team Leader, you'll provide leadership over three H&R Block tax offices. Using your people management experience and passion for helping people, you'll provide leadership to the customer-centric teams in the offices you manage to accelerate their seasonal tax business.
You'll serve as the front-line manager responsible for leadership and development of associates, delivering an outstanding client experience, and achieving all office related growth objectives for three tax offices. Prior tax preparation experience is not required.

Position Overview:
The Counselor Supervisor will supervise the Counselors and Counselor Interns who provide treatment and casework services to patients in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and with BayMark's policies and procedures. Ensure timely documentation of patient services based on plan of care. Identify other physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs for assigned patients. Manage related expenditures in a fiscally responsible manner in accordance with the company's budget.
Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient and effective delivery of counseling services to all patients.
Monitors treatment and counseling of all patients.
Provides clinical supervision
Assigns counselors' caseloads, amends when necessary.
Screens potential patients and determines eligibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business teams, SMEs, and technical partners to understand and document business needs
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical documentation
- Perform business process mapping, analysis, and improvement
- Support initiatives related to claims, billing, and healthcare platforms
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Create and execute test cases using user testing tools
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and compliance standards
- Support data and transaction workflows involving EDI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- experience with Hospitals or Healthcare Companies
- Strong experience in Business Analysis and Project Coordination
- Hands-on experience with business process mapping and documentation
- Experience working with claims and billing systems
- Ability to work closely with SMEs and business stakeholders
- Experience translating business requirements into functional requirements
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
- Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Purchasing Assistant role based in City of Industry, CA. The role requires a detail-oriented and efficient individual who supports the company's procurement goals and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- New product development coordination and support
- Review purchase request and create purchase order
- Familiar with import & export document, payment for oversea vendor, ISF to custom & import cost for all of oversea shipments
- Vendor price compare & quotation
- Track import shipment and schedule
- Estimate cost calculation
- Communication and coordinate between branch and vendor
- Product review and improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree and above
- 2 years of purchasing experience and/or import document administration
- Strong understanding of Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Procurement
- General understanding of operations and supply chain procedures
- Solid organizational skills
- Working intermediate level knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel and purchasing software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong analytical mindset
- Strong organization and documentation skills
- ERP Experience
