PRIMARY

• Ability to provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals targeted for tele and in patient as determined.

• Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
• Deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with attention to patient-centric care, safety, cost, and reliably accurate information.
• Ensure that the activities of the Provider are conducted in a manner that is consistent with overall department expectations and are in compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements including working knowledge of all health information management issues such as HIPAA.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment within both in-patient clinic and virtual settings.
• Ability to pursue queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashion to ensure proper patient follow up.
• Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, as well as responsibly prescribe medications and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
• Attest and follow clinical practice guidelines by the Office of Medical Affairs.
• Attend Mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising physicians and E/M training.
• Ability to perform responsibilities within standard NP/PA protocols.

• 3 years of full-time work experience as a registered nurse within the last seven years Required

Unit Description: The Cardiovascular Unit provides professional nursing care to out-patients for planned procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, Non-Invasive Cardiology, Interventional Radiology Lab, and a variety of Radiology procedures. This dynamic 15 bay unit provides Pre- and Post-Procedural care. You will be part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team dedicated to patient & family-centered care with responsibility for treating a diverse patient population. We are a Level I Tertiary care hospital, providing care with state-of-the-art technology. You will be part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team dedicated to patient & family-centered care. We also support the professional development of our nurses, providing opportunities for education through conferences and Board Certification. Our nurses also have the opportunity to advance through the Clinical Advancement and Recognition Program (CARP). Our unit is open Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

On-call: There are occasional On Call shifts from 6:30 p.m.- 9:30 p.m depending on the FTE. The 0.6 FTE position requires one On Call shift/week.

Working to keep the Park clean for all guests. You will be responsible for assisting in maintaining and upholding the Park's Cleanliness Standards. Main focus will be overseeing Areas of the park and ensure that standards are being upheld, as well as leading and developing Team Members.

• Proactively greeting Unit Supervisors, Team Members and co-workers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Following all guidelines and checklists applicable to Park cleanliness.
• Following all Park policies regarding performance and attendance.
• Serving as a liaison between Team Members, Unit Supervisors and Full-Time Management.
• Completing daily inspection paperwork.
• Constantly making rounds throughout assigned area ensuring overall Area and restroom cleanliness.
• Assisting Team Members and Unit Supervisors with all opening/closing procedures in assigned area.
• Ensuring staffing levels are appropriate for given Guest attendance.
• Enforcing all Park policies and monitoring performance and attendance of Team Members in assigned area; coaching and correcting Team Member and issuing appropriate corrective action as needed.
• Communicating all Team Member performance and attendance infractions to Duty Manager immediately.
• Maintaining safe and efficient area operation.
• Training of Team Members to perform essential job functions, as necessary
• Maintaining cleanliness standards in restrooms, midways and restaurant/patio locations and ensuring Guest Satisfaction.
• Sweeping/picking up trash and emptying trash cans throughout the Park.
• Monitoring trashcan and bench locations and moving to proper location when necessary.
• Writing a detailed daily duty reports for the purposes of communicating with other Area Supervisors.
• Completing performance evaluations of Unit Supervisors and Team Members as assigned.
• Assisting with Unit/Area Supervisor promotion programs as necessary.
• Representing the Park Services Department in a professional manner at all times.
• Being able to react quickly to any unusual or emergency situations in a calm and safe manner.
• Completing other tasks as assigned.
• Being flexible and willing to work in different Areas of the Park as necessary.

• Minimum Age: 18
• Must be able to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays where at least 50% of an individual’s availability must include closing shifts.
• Must possess above average communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak and understand the English language.
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 5 hours at a time and as many as 16 hours a day.
• Must be able to walk up to 10 miles per day over various surfaces.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
• Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
• Must be able to carry up to 25 lbs. over 25 feet over various surfaces
