This role will require a comprehensive understanding of OSHA regulations, safety rules, and RFI.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for overseeing all structural engineering aspects of our construction projects.

Responsibilities: 1.

Lead the structural design process of construction projects, ensuring all designs adhere to safety and quality standards.

2.

Conduct detailed structural calculations and analysis for a variety of construction projects.

3.

Collaborate with architects and construction managers to understand project requirements and provide expert guidance.

4.

Develop, design, and test various construction products, ensuring they meet all necessary standards and specifications.

5.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.

6.

Ensure all projects comply with OSHA regulations and safety rules.

7.

Prepare and submit detailed RFI's (Request for Information) as needed.

8.

Provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

9.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications: 1.

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.

A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.

2.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in structural engineering within the construction industry.

3.

Proficient in concrete structures, structural calculations, product development, and troubleshooting.

4.

Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety rules, and RFI.

5.

Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

6.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

7.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

8.

Proficient in using structural engineering software.

9.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

10.

Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly desirable.
