POSITION OVERVIEW
Madison Medical Sports & Rehabilitation Center is not a traditional primary care clinic, and this is not a conventional Internal Medicine role.
We are seeking an Internal Medicine-trained physician (MD or DO) to serve as a Primary Care and Sports Medicine hybrid provider. This physician will manage an adult primary care panel while also integrating musculoskeletal and sports medicine care, regenerative medicine, hormone optimization, and metabolic performance care.
This role is ideal for a physician who wants to practice full-scope adult internal medicine in a modern, outcomes-driven environment focused on function, vitality, and prevention, not symptom management alone.
The physician will work in a collaborative care model alongside chiropractors, physical therapists, nurse practitioners, regenerative specialists, and pain/spine providers to ensure seamless, coordinated patient care.
This position is intended for Internal Medicine-trained physicians and is not designed for PM&R/Physiatry specialists.
CLINICAL FOCUS AREAS
The ideal candidate will have experience or strong interest in:
- Adult primary care (acute visits, chronic disease management, preventive medicine)
- Sports medicine and musculoskeletal evaluation/treatment
- Cardiometabolic risk management (HTN, lipids, diabetes, insulin resistance)

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible to lead one or more construction projects and for the management of the overall planning, scheduling, code compliance, cost tracking, safety, and completion of these projects. The Superintendent is responsible for directing and mentoring subcontractors and other on-site field staff. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and team building skills.
WORK HOURS:
Weekdays 7 am to 5 pm; Saturdays 7 am- 1pm, as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assure the required permits and approvals from jurisdictional agencies are secured, posted, and renewed as required prior to starting work.
- Develop, update, modify (as required) and maintain the project schedule including a master schedule, 60-day look ahead schedules for their assigned trades, and two-week look ahead schedules for their assigned trades.
- Understand and be familiar with the date by which all materials must arrive on the job and convey that information to the project management team for preparation of the contract items lists and shop drawing schedules.
- Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors to complete each project on time.
- Communicate with and support each subcontractor to execute their job duties effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards are met at various stages of the project.
- Perform inspections or schedule inspectors to meet the varying safety and compliance regulations of each job location.
- Prepare the daily construction reports in a thorough and timely manner and maintain a written daily log of visitors, job actions performed, materials expended, and problems resolved on the job site.
- Assure daily job progress photographs are taken in ample quantity to accurately depict the progress of the work.
- Travel between multiple job sites and simultaneously manage work loads of individual projects
- Understand and ensure risk controls are properly established and maintained.
- Understand and uphold the site safety plan.

- Establish and maintain a system of document control to assure work is being installed in accordance with the latest design documentation and approved shop drawings.
- Communicate any issues requiring additional information from designers and consultants in a timely fashion to the project manager for issuance of RFI’s.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires Engineering, Construction Management or related Bachelor’s degree, OR equivalent years of related experience.
- Requires 10+ years of experience in Stick-frame Multi-Family Residential Construction. Previous Sitework and Structured Garage Construction experience is preferred.
- Requires working knowledge of various construction disciplines, cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, engineering drawings and other documents required.

- 5pm Summary: Provide support to both the Customer Service and Logistics team personnel.
Support internal and external manufacturing with inventory and customer service activities.
Involve in order processing, order reconciliation, shipping logistics, customer support, inventory management, data analysis, warehousing, and distribution.
Work closely with logistics personnel, logistics systems, inventory management systems, and 3PL warehouse and shipments.
Play a key role in achieving annual company goals related to on-time and in-full receipts or raw material POs and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities: Capture orders via email, NetSuite, or EDI to begin order shipment preparation.
Confirm with Finance that new customers are set up and approved for order fulfillment.
Collate BOLs, pack slips, etc., to confirm receipt in NetSuite and push to Finance for payment.
Work closely with Logistics personnel to present orders for shipping availability for OT requirements.
Coordinate daily activity to track the location and movement of inventory finished goods and provide reports to internal and external customers as required.
Create policies or procedures for customer ordering, such as MOQ shipping requirements.
Assist in implementing and verifying specific customer requirements, such as internal reporting or customized transportation metrics.
Resolve problems concerning orders, deliveries, and customer issues, and communicate resolutions proactively to the sales team and customers.
Help with the BOL entry process into NetSuite for order accuracy, inventory depletion, and EDI integration.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes.
Participate in the specific order entry (ASN) process with portals for companies like Starbucks, Aldi’s, Target.
Track shipments from pickup through delivery to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
Proactively handle customer shipment routing requests for MABD requirements.

Requirements: 3 years of experience in Supply Chain/Customer Service.

- Tool Crib Attendant Responsibilities: Provide general warehouse support, including operating equipment, replenishing and distributing inventory, picking, packing, and shipping of inbound and outbound shipments, and handling material.
Prepare bills of lading for freight carriers, assist in loading trucks, and obtain signatures on shipments.
Count and record material to ensure accuracy of shipment and receipt; perform related duties as required.
Receive, store, and issue equipment, material, supplies, and tools; compile records in stock and tool crib.
Process and deliver receiver paperwork to Purchasing daily.
Count and sort incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisitions or invoices; examine stock to verify conformance to specifications.
Store items in bins, shelves, trays, or on the floor according to identifying information such as style, size, or type of material.
Fill orders or issue supplies; prepare periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock and tools.
Requisition articles to fill inventories of items.
Mark identifying codes, figures, or letters on tools and articles.
Compile reports on the use of stock, tools, adjustment of inventory counts, spoilage or damage to stock, location changes, and refusal of shipments.
Determine methods of storage, identification, and stock location.
Organize tools, including identification and storage location, and verify all tool components.
Maintain records of tools and uniforms issued to and returned by workers.
Compile and maintain all necessary paperwork and files in the stock room and tool crib.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED.
One year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Required Skills: Physical activity required, including bending, reaching, lifting, and prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
May lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work overtime, including occasional weekend shifts.
Willingness to wear personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and safety shoes.
Preferred Skills: Experience operating power tool equipment, including but not limited to cherry picker, reach truck, pallet jack, etc.
Working knowledge of scanning equipment, internal database tracking system, dollies, and carts.
