Job Description:
The Sr Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing and testing electrical designs for specialized equipment. This position has comprehensive knowledge of equipment, business and customer requirements that drive the design of the technical solutions and participates in all phases of product development lifecycle, including the analysis, design and equipment construction, and installation support of designed equipment and confers with other engineering staff for programming and site startup support.
This is an on-site position in the Cincinnati, Ohio, Blue Ash area.
Responsibilities
- Designs and conducts research to evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and applications.
- Assists field engineers with installation of designed systems and verifies proper build of designed systems.
- Develops electrical products that conform to standards and customer requirements, researches and tests manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
- Prepares technical drawings and specifications for electrical control panels.
- Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electrical components.
- Assures product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational, safety, or environmental standards.
- Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Resolves required changes, and support solution to complete designed equipment during installation.
- Maintains product database by writing computer programs.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 – 8 years previous professional electrical engineering experience
- Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.

Job Description
This Analyst role works with the Supply Chain workstream to understand key performance metrics, identify and quantify root causes of inventory insufficiency, and provide data-driven insights to support recovery execution and cross-functional decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Own measurement for Supply Chain root causes (charter metrics); analyze forecast bias/error vs sales, store orders vs replenishment plan, on-hand adherence to minimum stock, and inventory sufficiency to plan
- Collaborate on Supply Chain dashboards and recurring reports to deliver daily/weekly sufficiency reports by DC, planned vs actual inventory variance, and consumption/forecast consumption accuracy reporting
- Identify and quantify insufficiency drivers; analyze recurring failures across warehouses, vendors, and commodities; isolate systemic vs event-based causes (capacity constraints, vendor cuts/late deliveries, short buys/late PO release, promo lift/baseline misalignment, item setup/parameters)
- Support recovery execution forums; provide inputs for "insufficient POV & commodities" reviews, quantify OvS impacts by division, and track recovery actions (including coordination needs such as "hot loads")
- Prepare vendor/merch escalation analytics; develop evidence packages to trigger escalation mechanisms for vendor-related issues (service failures, MAP/allocation constraints, substitution/deactivation impacts)
- Support ORAD, OTIF transition; ensure new OTIF reporting logic is clean and can be ingested into the Executive Scorecard
- Support assortment/DC slotting analytics; analyze impacts of minimum store count thresholds on DC efficiency and shelf holding power
- Monitor data quality and parameter governance; identify item setup/system parameter issues and recommend controls to reduce manual overrides and improve new item forecast calibration
Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; strong SQL proficiency; R or Python preferred
- Experience analyzing forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, and warehouse performance metrics
- Ability to translate complex supply chain drivers into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong data quality mindset and experience establishing measurement logic and governance controls
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

The Construction Compliance and Contract Specialist supports Jostin Construction’s enterprise risk management process through proactive administration of construction contracts, insurance documentation, compliance programs, and risk mitigation systems. Contract & Insurance Management

• Works with Packaging Manager to ensure that packaging team adheres to established
safety/alcohol/food defense policies. Assists with updates and implementation to said
policies as necessary
• Lead Packaging SQDIP, effectively communicate why metrics were missed and provide
solution-based feedback from failures
• Coordination with packaging team and warehouse team on resource sharing/production
transfers/raw materials ordering and receipt, ensuring that hand-offs are
communicated/executed smoothly
• Evaluate proposed production schedule with Packaging Manager, identifying and
communicating scheduling adjustments as necessary
Ensure that proper sanitation/cleanliness is maintained in the assigned Packaging Line
as well as assigned facility areas
• Implement and enforce any food safety compliance rules in accordance with the
compliance management
• Effective, constructive, and efficient coordination, communication, and collaboration
with all members of the Impact Beverage Staff, especially members of the packaging
department
• Cross-training/working in other areas of Impact Beverage as needed
• Working when and as needed to achieve production schedule goals
• Coordinate and communicate effective completion of WIP work throughout normal shift
• Ability to direct and delegate Packaging staff personnel and resources to effectively
complete daily production schedule
• Conducting oneself in a professional manner when representing Impact Beverage,
whether inside or outside of the facility.
• Direct and provide feedback for overnight team as relates to production operations.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or similar experience
• Previous proven team leadership capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience working cross functionally
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physical Requirements:
• Operate inside confined spaces
• Ability to regularly lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Possess the manual dexterity to operate hand tools
• Execute repetitive motions for long periods when necessary (packaging, etc.)

Role Description
This is a remote/hybrid role for a Freelance 3D Artist (Cincinnati preferred). The 3D Artist will handle tasks including creating 3D models, textures, and environments for realistic visuals, and setting up lighting to achieve desired aesthetic effects. Responsibilities also involve animating 3D assets and ensuring designs meet project specifications and timelines. Qualifications
