• Perform tasks and lead fabrication projects primarily involving 3D printing, CNC milling, large format routing, and lamination

• Work closely with team of engineers / technical specialists in support of a broad project portfolio, including optical, thermal, and mechanical characterization

• Basic data analysis and statistics experience is expected

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member with a diverse group of people QUALIFICATION


PROFILE:

• Required: B.S. degree in mechanical engineering or other machinist curriculum and experience that required significant hands-on training

• Preferred: 1-3 years of hands-on experience working in a laboratory with fabrication/prototyping equipment

• Experience working with basic shop tools

• Experience working with CNC mill and 3D printers Experience using CAD and CAM software, such as SolidWorks, including the ability to produce professional engineering drawings

• Experience with basic materials characterization and metrology equipment, such as stress-strain testers, confocal microscopes, etc. is preferred

• Well organized, attention to detail, excellent presentation/communication skills

• Curiosity and excitement to learn beyond assignments, excellent problem-solving skills

What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience leading product management, marketing data, or digital solutions initiatives, with proven ownership of strategy and delivery.
  • Experience in healthcare or academic medical center environments strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in marketing technology ecosystems, Agile/SCRUM methodologies, and AI/ML-enabled tools.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Azure, Power BI, Teradata, LiveRamp, Databricks, DOMO, and Snowflake.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and analytical skills that drive execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Must reside within commutable distance to Mountain View, CA.
