SUMMARY
Directs and coordinates activities of production departments in processing materials or manufacturing products by performing the following duties personally or though subordinate supervisors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures as directed by the Plant Manager or other company management regarding safety, operating methods, and behavior.
- Ensures that all supervised employees are operating within established company and governmental regulations.
- Review results by analyzing available information, compare them to company objectives and takes steps to Improve results.
- Trains new and existing employees on proper operation and safety procedures.
- Prepares work schedules as directed by Production Manager, and expedites workflow in conjunction with Production Manager, reviews amount of work to be done, estimates man-hours needed to complete work and ensures work is complete within the allotted time.
- Ensures proper plant cleanliness is maintained at all times.
- Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines.
- Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of products.
- Reviews production orders schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan department operations.
- Prepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.
- Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.
- Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
- Resolves worker grievances or submits unsettled grievances to Production Manager for action.
- Compiles, stores and retrieves production data.
- Follows up on all customer request and questions to ensure appropriate response is made and customer is satisfied.
- Treats all customers (both internal and external) with respect, courtesy and kindness.
- Upholds and complies with policies and attitudes adopted by the company.
- Accepts responsibility to THINK about how your actions and actions of your associate(s) effect the customers and the company.

We're recruiting for a Design Engineer III role with a leading electrical design and construction firm specializing in commercial and industrial renewable energy projects.
About the Role
This is a technical leadership position where you'll independently execute complex C&I renewable energy designs—solar PV, BESS, hybrid/off-grid systems, and power distribution. You'll serve as the project-level technical lead, coordinating with project management, estimating, procurement, construction, and field teams.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing construction-ready design packages for solar, BESS, and hybrid systems
- Performing advanced engineering calculations (voltage drop, fault current, conductor sizing, load flow)
- Creating single-line diagrams, panel schedules, equipment layouts, and cable schedules
- Leading technical efforts and mentoring junior engineers
- Conducting site audits and coordinating with utilities and AHJs

The Senior FF&E Specialist supports the backend of all new store construction tasks. This position purchases Panda store equipment, furniture fixture, building material and services in accordance with prescribed purchasing regulations and procedures. 4. Representation in Family and Probate Hearings for SIJS
- Represent clients in California Family and Probate Courts for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) matters involving minors who have been abandoned, neglected, or abused.

- Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft motions, briefs, and appeals to support litigation strategies in all practice areas.

- Perform timely documentation/action within Electronic Health Record (EHR) including but not limited to, diagnosis, treatment plan, orders, medications, etc.
- Take timely action on pending EHR PAQ items.
- Issue timely responses to E-Consult specialist reviewers.
- Able to provide medical services on telehealth platform provided by EVCHC.
- Adhere to Quality Improvement guidelines and participates in Quality Improvement programs for chronic diseases.
- Work closely with Registered Dieticians/Health Educators in order to provide appropriate education to patients.
- Participate in monthly Provider Meetings as required.
- Serve as a preceptor instructor to Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or medical students as assigned.
- Attend conferences and seminars when requested and will comply with continuing education requirements.
- Participate in provider recruitment activities.
- Participate in activities that foster the development of clinical support team members.
Qualifications
- Satisfactory completion of an accredited Advanced Practice Provider training program.
- Current license in the State of California as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.
- Current DEA certification.
- Current Board Certification from accredited organization for the certification of Advanced Practice Providers.
- Current CPR certifications.
- Must relate well to all cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic groups within the East Valley service area.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand, sit, stoop, kneel, and bend in order to speak to patients.
- Ability to write notes, treatment plan comments, track records and reports.
- Ability to work productively in a small office space used by multiple employees.
- Ability to work with personal computer for long periods of time.
- Ability to communicate, in a positive manner, with all levels of staff.
