Job Summary:
Hospital in Kansas City is seeking a full time BE/BC Hematologist-Oncologist who is fellowship trained in blood and marrow transplantation (BMT) to join the Cancer Institute. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 3 years of experience in autologous and allogeneic transplantation, as well as cellular therapy. Our program features a multidisciplinary cancer program that is anchored by four accredited hospitals and complemented by numerous cancer care outreach sites located in communities throughout Kansas City.

Responsibilities
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations to maintain an efficient, organized, and productive work environment.

Human Resources:

Billing Administration:
- Prepare and distribute monthly WIPs to attorneys for review and processing.

- Review attorney-entered monthly billable hours and issue late-time reports to management.
- Provide management with monthly attorney and paralegal time reports for partners’ meetings.
- Track payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain accounts receivable records.
- Review and verify vendor invoices and assist with accounts payable processing.
- Maintain billing files, contracts, and documentation for audit readiness.
- Generate billing reports for leadership, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure correct financial data entry.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in office management within a professional services or law firm environment preferred.
- Experience managing HR processes including onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and payroll.
- Experience supporting legal billing functions including WIPs, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

We are seeking a FORGE Case Manager to join our team. The University of Kansas School of Social Welfare (KUSSW) and its partner, Cornerstones of Care, will develop and deliver the project, Family Opportunity, Resilience, Grit, Engagement - Fatherhood (Kansas FORGE Fatherhood). Kansas FORGE Fatherhood will serve fathers and father-figures raising a child by improving outcomes in healthy relationships, parenting practices, economic stability, and receive support in accessing community resources to long-term success.
The FORGE Case Manager works under the direction of the Manager of FORGE Fatherhood Project and is responsible for delivering the proposed program model, which includes supporting the evidence-based Strengthening Father Involvement (SFI) curriculum, the evidence-informed financial program Money Habitudes (MH), and identifying individualized service plans for participants. The Case Manager works closely with the participants to ensure participants build relationship skills, gain positive parenting abilities, and move towards economic stability.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Ensure program implementation supports methods for fathers to work collaboratively with spouses or co-parents.
- Manage a case load of father participants, developing individualized plans to assist them in obtaining healthy relationships, positive parenting skills, and economic stability.
- Administer assessments to identify service supports to connect participants to resources.
- Connect fathers with community resources to assist them in meeting personalized goals.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of child and families services experience and the following:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or other human service-related field.
- Master's degree in social work or other human service-related field and 2-5 years of work experience in child and family services. The Customer Success Manager will be a key resource in delivering Wiley's commitment to exceptional customer advising, support, retention, and expansion of digital usage in their territory.They will work with existing and new customers to create and implement their digital solutions and will work with their field sales or account manager partners to expand their digital footprint.
Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for reconfirming and retaining current customers while expanding digital usage at installed base accounts.
* Responsible for assisting faculty in implementing and integrating Wiley's digital solutions.
* Consult with instructors on implementation and curriculum design, execute individual and departmental training plans.
* Collaborate with field sales/account manager to review the status of opportunities, existing business, and expansion opportunities; Partner with field sales/AM to identify priority customers and participate in effective retention strategies to reduce digital churn and ensure a superior experience for our installed customers; Carve out separate retention strategies for priority accounts/adoptions vs. all other adoptions.
* Drive and support pilots across the territory with follow-up, surveys, assistance with the platform, and questions; Assist AM with converting the pilot to an adoption.
* Collaborate with field sales/AM partner weekly or biweekly on adoption strategies to effect expansion and digital penetration.
* Proactively follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience using Wiley products and promote new features and functionality specific to their user experience.
* Conduct re-training with keycustomers to ensure all large adoption customers are "power users."
* Provide deep integration support on various LMS / LTI implementations.
* Provide regular account and adoption intelligence in SFDC after working with customers. Confirm/Update Inclusive Access (IA) readoption opps in SFDC for enrollment, Won/Lost stage, instructors contact info on IA adoptions. Maintain Bookstore communication and relationships to obtain IA adoption details, IA processes, and work order details.
* Analyze and drive digital usage data via activations reports for priority adoptions after back-to-school period ends.
* Review vendor reports at specific times during the season for IA courseware adoptions, confirm with bookstore or instructor if additional information is needed, review and update opp in SFDC, Set to IA in CAP.Follow up on non-responders of IA confirmations at the end of each season.
Required Qualifications:
* Undergraduate degree.
* 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a similar function.
* Previous customer service, sales support and/or tech product support exposure.
* Able to lead effective presentations to internal and external customers, in both large groups and one-on-one settings.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong relationship building skills.
* Excellent organization and time management skills.
* Ability to learn and apply technical expertise with new and existing platforms.
* Strong skill set to train and implement digital solutions.
* Self-starter with the ability to maximize time and generate high ROI by leveraging strong listening skills to understand and execute digital solutions.

The University of Kansas School of Social Welfare (KUSSW) and its partner, Cornerstones of Care, will develop and deliver the project, Family Opportunity, Resilience, Grit, Engagement - Fatherhood (Kansas FORGE Fatherhood). Kansas FORGE Fatherhood will serve fathers and father-figures raising a child by improving outcomes in healthy relationships, parenting practices, economic stability, and receive support in accessing community resources to long-term success.
The FORGE Lead Case Manager/Co-Facilitator works under the direction of the Manager of FORGE Fatherhood Project and is responsible for delivering the proposed program model, which includes the evidence-based Strengthening Father Involvement (SFI) curriculum, the evidence-informed financial program Money Habitudes (MH), and individualizing training based on participant's goals and needs as identified in case management. Additionally, the FORGE Lead Case Manager/Co-Facilitator provides case management to fathers and works closely with the Case Managers to ensure participants build relationship skills, gain positive parenting skills, and move towards economic stability.

We are seeking a Family Resiliency Navigator to join our team.
Starting Salary: $40,000 Annually
Bonus: $2500 ($1000 Sign-on bonus will be paid on your first paycheck and the $1500 Retention bonus will be paid after 12 months of service)
This role is an integral part of an innovative mental health program in Jackson County. The Family Resiliency Navigator (FRN) is the first point of contact for families. You will support families through intake and initial assessment of resources including referral to the therapists on the team. Provide individualized trauma informed care to meet ongoing individual and family mental health needs as well as advocacy and wrap around case management services that will support/coordinate access to appropriate community-based services Also crisis support for children and families. The Family Resiliency Navigator (FRN) reports to the Clinical Manager of School Based Services and works in home, in community, in office and virtually to address personal, emotional and social problems that interfere with client's adjustment and promote overall success for long term well-being. Clients and families will be supported utilizing the Solution Based Case-work model. This position is a full-time twelve (12) month position per year.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- List Respond to requests for services and referrals to the program to determine need.
- Timely scheduling of intake to assess individual and/or family needs.
- Conduct needs assessment of clients.
- Coordinate any supportive services and resources that children and families may need
- Continually analyze and assess each family and child situation on an individual basis through the use of Solution Based Casework both for ongoing mental health support and to develop recommendations regarding supportive services and resources that each child and family may need, such as educational plans, medical, psychiatric and psychological assessments, therapy, independent living skills, etc.
