Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Level 1 Field Technician to provide onsite desktop and technical support across multiple locations in the North Dallas area, including Plano, The Colony, Frisco, Dallas, and Allen. Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in desktop or field technical support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar preferred).
