The HRIS Analyst II is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, optimization, and support of HR systems, with a primary focus on UKG, iCIMS, and related integrations. This role partners closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure system integrity, data accuracy, compliance, and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain security roles, workflows, system rules, and validations across HRIS modules within UKG and integrated platforms
• Administer and support iCIMS, ensuring proper configuration, data flow, and integration with downstream systems
• Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards within iCIMS to support recruiting operations and leadership reporting needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between HR systems, third-party vendors, and internal applications

Responsibilities

The IT Architect II is responsible for design of IT systems including system infrastructure, system security, application architecture, software and data life cycle management. Provides enterprise architectural framework for the design, development, and deployment of information/business systems. Proactively drives the prioritization of key technology enablers for achieving enterprise level system objectives while ensuring scalability, reliability, and availability of implemented systems. Our Occupational Therapists/OTs help patients who have debilitating conditions improve the functions of performing everyday tasks in the home. We are seeking a Principal Platform Architect to lead the design and evolution of our Internal Developer Portal and Developer Experience ecosystem. This role focuses on building intuitive, self-service workflows that enable development teams to onboard, deploy, and operate software efficiently across secure environments.

You will operate at the intersection of product, platform, and users — translating developer needs into usable platform capabilities. The role requires strong frontend engineering instincts, backed by solid backend and cloud-native platform knowledge.

You will help define how engineers interact with the platform — not just build services but design the experience. This position involves architecting UI workflows, integrating APIs, enabling self-service automation, and shaping platform standards used across multiple programs and security domains.

This is not a traditional backend platform engineering role. You will design how developers interact with the platform itself — shaping onboarding, automation, and daily workflows across a large engineering organization. Success in this role is measured by developer adoption, efficiency, and satisfaction. You will be the person who turns infrastructure into a usable product.

What You Will Do

• Architect and implement an Internal Developer Portal (IDP)
• Design user-focused workflows for onboarding, resource provisioning, and lifecycle management
• Develop frontend experiences using modern web frameworks (React/TypeScript)
• Implement backend services and APIs supporting the portal (Python/FastAPI)
• Integrate platform systems (Kubernetes, CI/CD, identity, secrets, cost services, and infrastructure automation)
• Partner with platform teams to convert infrastructure capabilities into self-service products
• Improve usability, adoption, and developer satisfaction across the platform
• Define and evolve developer experience standards and patterns
• Gather feedback from engineering teams and translate it into product improvements

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires BS/BA Degree in Science, Technology Engineering Math (STEM) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Physics and a minimum 8 years of related work experience
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems (RHEL 8+ preferred)
• Experience in one or more of the following
  • Programming: Python, Java, TypeScript, Golang, Rust, Shell
  • Frameworks: React/Next.js, Flask, Spring Boot, Svelte
  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible or equivalent
  • Data formats: JSON, XML, YAML, SQL

This role will help evolve a mature Android application while delivering high-quality experiences that support millions of customers across eCommerce, loyalty, personalization, and product launches.

The team is focused on differentiating the mobile app from the web experience through personalized content, contextual assistance, and intelligent upsell opportunities. This role requires someone who has made architectural decisions, influenced technical direction, and led implementation — not just executed against predefined designs.

What will you do?

• Assign duties to scheduled team members and oversee opening/closing procedures of concession stands

Job Summary:

The Project Specialist supports project cost and financial control activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting. This role assists with budgets, change orders, earned value tracking, and project status reporting, and works with Project Managers, Branch Managers, and Regional Controllers to provide clear visibility into overall project performance.

Specific Role Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all project budgets are set up in Vista (ERP)
• Ensuring all project related costs are booked to the correct project, phase code and cost type each month.
• Ensuring all Purchase Orders are properly managed by the requestors.
• Ensure monthly accruals are made at month end to project cost
• Reviewing and auditing job cost on projects to ensure accuracy
• Ensuring all Change Orders on projects are executed and projected revenue, cost and gross profit numbers are updated in Vista each month
• Ensuring all projects are billed to clients weekly and/or monthly
• Ensuring scope, cost, and schedule risks are brought before the Project Managers to assist with their decision making.
