Job Description:

  • Client Professional Services is looking for skilled Automotive Electrical Technicians in the Arlington, TX Area.
  • This position is responsible for diagnosing electrical system circuit faults and repairing electrical wiring to OEM standards, diagnosing problems with all vehicle electrical systems, repairing damaged electrical parts, and maintaining electrical repair equipment for an automotive manufacturer.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide weekday and some weekend on-site vehicle repair or repair person mentoring/coaching at an OEM vehicle assembly facility: shift hours could be 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift (team has a schedule rotation, schedule to change based on assigned rotation)
  • Diagnose electrical issues and execute a course of action
  • Provide on-site leadership with estimated time for repairs
  • Repair and/or replace faulty wiring, connectors, or electrical systems
  • Install new vehicle wiring systems per OEM standards
  • Repair and troubleshoot immobilizer and alarm systems
  • Service of electrical automotive parts
  • Service and repair electrical systems on new OEM vehicles
  • Maintain a clean working environment
  • Complete job reports and processing paperwork
  • Instruct and guide other repair personnel to improve their understanding of vehicle electrical systems and subsystems

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an electrical repair technician
  • Advanced knowledge of modern vehicular electrical systems
  • Ability to work in confined vehicle spaces

Overview

The Sales Consultant represents Southern Glazer’s in the market as a member of the Southern Glazer’s family. Primary Purpose

This position is accountable for performing quality Magnetic Resonance Imaging through the application of advanced technical knowledge while adhering to the standards set by Parkland Health and appropriate regulatory agencies.

Education

Responsibilities

- Responsible for performing computerized magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures on assigned patients to ensure that scanning needs are met, including all neuro, body and musculoskeletal exams.
- Review physician orders and applicability to the MRI protocol. Screen patients for MRI safety and review any contraindications for exams including but not limited to implants, metallic devices, or other foreign objects, which would prohibit or modify the MRI exam. If modification of a MRI protocol is necessary consult with radiologist to determine appropriate sequences, parameters, etc.
- Document changes as appropriate in electronic health record. Ensure other resources have been scheduled accordingly.
- Interviews patient (two patient identifier) conducts patient screening and obtains medical history pertaining to procedures clinical criteria. Explains procedure and instructs patient on necessary requirements needed to provide diagnostic images. Answers questions/screening concerning procedures and IV contrast for relevant exams. Assists the physician as needed in performing procedures. Ensures that images and records are properly completed with patient identification data and appropriate labeling.
- Utilizes technical knowledge and skills to perform procedures accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with age specific criteria. Completes exam charges and image documentation in a timely manner. Administers contrast material in the correct dosage, route and observes patients for adverse reactions.
- Performs post processing on MRI systems and remote workstations. May include but not limited to, 3-D rendering, and calculation of T1 and T2 values. Maintains patient confidentiality and ensures that all processes and procedures are maintained to secure and protect all workstations in all work areas.
- Responds to inquiries, calls, emails in a timely and professional manner. Communicates shift hand off regarding workflow issues with equipment or pending exams with oncoming staff. Engages in equitable distribution of departmental workloads.
- Participates in departmental Performance Improvement Programs, promotes Parkland Health mission, vision, values, and its relationship to the work environment, attends modality meetings satisfactorily. Functions in the department as part of an interdisciplinary team and collaborates in the care and service delivery process of patient care through effective communication with other service lines. Work with system marketing and strategy resources, regional CHRISTUS leaders, and the senior vice president of group operations to create and implement effective marketing plans that achieve ministry goals, including increasing or maintaining the value of the brand, increasing patient volume, growing appropriate service lines and improving the health and wellbeing of those we serve.

Work with all functions of marketing to creatively incorporate all available and appropriate tools and resources, including strategic marketing plans, advertising, publications, special events, digital and corporate identity, and branding into an organized, articulate, and multi-faceted program.

Leads a team of marketing specialists to develop marketing plans, and implement tactics in support of well-defined goals, and measures/reports on performance.

Works with the marketing operations team to use customer relationship management (CRM) tactics and marketing automation to drive growth.

Creates and implements plans and programs to reach key markets via advertising, direct marketing, electronic media/website, paid digital marketing, collateral materials, and product/service promotions.

Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to achieve competitive market advantage, and to provide timely and responsive changes to marketing plans, tactics, and messaging as appropriate.

Adhere to and help implement CHRISTUS Health’s new brand standards, which direct things like image choice, messaging, and tone, and font and icon selection, to establish and maintain the CHRISTUS brand in the market and consistent with the system brand.

Provide strategic direction in the areas of brand management, advertising, and marketing services for all components of the region.

Oversee and hold direct reports accountable for achieving determined success metrics and KPIs.

Collaborate across departments to achieve plans and fulfill KPIs.

Ensure effective control of marketing results, and ensure that achievement of objectives falls within designated budgets.

Represent regional CHRISTUS marketing on various internal committees and task forces, as requested.

Manage and maintain vendor relationships, as appropriate to responsibilities.

Has a proven track record working in a matrixed, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.

Has demonstrated ability to problem solve and be supportive/innovative in the process of change; strong human relations skills with an ability to handle difficult/sensitive issues with regard to confidentiality.

Has Demonstrated success in collaborating with other key leaders, including excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction and the ability to maintain high Associate engagement and satisfaction.

Has Demonstrated understanding of financial operations and ability to meet/exceed expectations on an ongoing basis.

Able to make effective presentations to various stakeholders including physicians, senior leadership, governance, and external constituents.

Has excellent oral and written communication skills including creative approaches to internal and external marketing and communication platforms.

Able to effectively engage, manage, and grow a team of direct reports.

Able to use a computer for extended periods of time, including word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, and other various programs.

Able to work extended hours on occasion, including some weekends and evenings.

Must be able to work rapidly, under pressure, and with frequent interruptions.

Job Requirements: Education/Skills Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, business, or related field required.

Master's degree preferred.

Experience 10 or more years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, corporate communications, and public/media relations including a solid understanding of digital technology, industry trends, and overall knowledge of the media landscape required.

Healthcare experience highly preferred.

Experience at an advertising or public relations agency may be helpful.

Familiarity with the CHRISTUS markets preferred.
