Key Responsibilities: Structure and negotiate joint venture agreements, with particular emphasis on low-income housing tax credit transactions Serve as lead advisor to affordable housing developers navigating various debt and equity financing sources Provide strategic guidance on tax-efficient structuring for real estate projects and optimal use of tax credits and incentives Ensure ongoing LIHTC compliance and navigate complex regulatory frameworks Deliver practical, solution-oriented counsel directly to clients while identifying and mitigating tax-related risks Draft comprehensive joint venture agreements on behalf of developers across diverse real estate projects What sets this role apart? We're seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience in affordable housing transactions and a demonstrated ability of providing strategic counsel on complex LIHTC projects.

This is a full-time role with highly competitive compensation ($350,000
