Responsibilities: Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close processes Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain accurate supporting documentation Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll entries as needed Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports Help maintain compliance with accounting policies and internal controls Assist with annual audits and ad hoc financial projects Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1–3 years of accounting experience, public or corporate environment Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or QuickBooks Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments Interested in hearing more?
