RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and implement a firmwide career development framework for paralegals, encompassing structured career pathways, competency models, and clear advancement criteria that align individual growth with firm strategy.
- Lead end-to-end paralegal talent management — from recruitment and onboarding through ongoing development — identifying opportunities that serve both individual career goals and firm needs.
- Oversee the performance evaluation process and establish benchmarking standards that drive consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the paralegal population.
- Ensure all paralegals have the resources, tools, and support needed to deliver responsive, high-quality, client-focused service.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years as a practicing paralegal with a strong preference for trial experience; law firm, government agency, or investigations background also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
People Analytics Strategy & Execution

Position Overview
The VDC Project Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing construction planning through accurate coordination and quality by integrating reality capture technologies and digital workflows. This position leads the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM), field technology, and model-based processes to enhance coordination, precision, and efficiency across all phases of the project lifecycle. Summary:

- Responsible for the accurate interpretation of EPIC pharmacy labels:
- Interpretation and understanding of medical abbreviations.
- Identification and differentiation of various types of medication orders (Scheduled, PRN, Once, STAT, NOW).
- Ability to appropriately label all medication dosage forms including auxiliary labels for expiration and storage as required.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely filling and delivery of patient-specific medications and ADC restocks.
- Ability to troubleshoot ADC equipment (i.e.: failed drawers, inventory, outdates).
- Ability to utilize technology in the pharmacy including, but not limited to CII Safe, Carousels, DoseEdge, WASP, MILT, RxVerify as needed for assigned duties.
- Responsible for the preparation of non-sterile compounding and packaging:
- Ability to accurately draw up oral syringes, compound oral suspensions and other duties as assigned.
- Recognizes the regulations for repackaging medications and complies with all required labeling and documentation procedures for non-sterile compounding and packaging.
- Responsible for answering phones, assisting caller with missing medication requests and any other technical duties as assigned.
- Responsible for utilization of Epic for technical requests (i.e.: missing mediations, ADC out of stock and responding to in-basket messages)

About the Role
We are seeking a Certified Flavor Chemist to join our R&D team and play a key role in developing innovative, high-quality flavor solutions for food and beverage applications. This position partners closely with cross-functional teams and customers to bring flavor concepts from idea to commercialization—while ensuring regulatory compliance, quality, and performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and develop new flavor profiles aligned with customer specifications, market trends, and application requirements
- Conduct sensory testing and performance evaluations using both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Collaborate directly with customers to advance and finalize flavor development projects
- Stay current on flavor industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences
- Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with safety, labeling, and allergen standards
- Maintain accurate formulation records, experimental data, and technical documentation

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of flavor ingredient labeling and regulatory requirements
- Hands-on pilot plant experience
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills

Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
- Comfortable learning and using web-based systems
