We’re seeking a Jr Data Entry Specialist to support property and vendor setup while ensuring accurate and timely commission processing. This role is ideal for someone highly detail-oriented who can follow established processes, work across multiple databases, and handle sensitive financial information with care. What You’ll Do

  • Enter and maintain new properties in internal systems (supporting 170–190+ properties)
  • Set up new vendors and establish vendor IDs in coordination with Accounts Payable
  • Review and verify tax documentation to ensure vendors are eligible for compensation in their respective states
  • Confirm contract payment terms and validate unit counts eligible for compensation
  • Calculate and process commissions using internal systems and Excel-based uploads
  • Research unpaid commissions and resolve discrepancies or incorrect payments
  • Initiate recoupment for overpayments or invalid payments
  • Receive and route returned checks to Accounts Payable
  • Work through and resolve an existing ticket backlog (approximately 700 tickets from 2025 to present)
  • Pull and reconcile data from multiple internal databases while maintaining accuracy
  • Handle private banking and compensation data securely within VPN environments

Position Summary

The Generator Technician is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing residential generator systems. This role involves hands-on technical work, customer interaction, and travel to job sites, including occasional overnight stays and participation in emergency response during major power outage events.


What You’ll Do
  • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on air-cooled and liquid-cooled generator systems with minimal supervision
  • Troubleshoot and repair automatic transfer switches
  • Repair or replace generator accessories, including Smart Modules, remote monitors, and surge protection devices
  • Respond to urgent service requests and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
  • Support generator installation efforts as needed during high-demand or outage situations
  • Travel daily to customer locations, with occasional overnight travel during large outage events
Skills & Attributes
  • Strong ability to diagnose and repair systems using training materials, drawings, line drafts, and schematics
  • Ability to read, interpret, and create electrical drawings and schematics
  • Working knowledge of engines, including the ability to diagnose issues, explain repairs, and prepare estimates when required
  • Highly organized and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
