About the Role
Record the medical history and provide physical exams and follow-up care according to treatment plan and medical protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual patient instruction in accordance to prescribed treatment plan and medical protocols.

- Must be in compliance with all clinical and administrative quality measures such as, HEDIS metrics and patient productivity.
- Consult with supervising/collaborating physician for patient evaluation as needed.
- Perform timely documentation/action within Electronic Health Record (EHR) including but not limited to, diagnosis, treatment plan, orders, medications, etc.
- Take timely action on pending EHR PAQ items.
- Issue timely responses to E-Consult specialist reviewers.
- Able to provide medical services on telehealth platform provided by EVCHC.
- Adhere to Quality Improvement guidelines and participates in Quality Improvement programs for chronic diseases.
- Work closely with Registered Dieticians/Health Educators in order to provide appropriate education to patients.
- Participate in monthly Provider Meetings as required.
- Serve as a preceptor instructor to Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or medical students as assigned.
- Attend conferences and seminars when requested and will comply with continuing education requirements.
- Participate in provider recruitment activities.
- Participate in activities that foster the development of clinical support team members.
Qualifications
- Satisfactory completion of an accredited Advanced Practice Provider training program.
- Current license in the State of California as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.
- Current DEA certification.
- Current Board Certification from accredited organization for the certification of Advanced Practice Providers.
- Current CPR certifications.
- Must relate well to all cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic groups within the East Valley service area.

Essential Job Functions
- Coordinate with department manager and Purchasing Agent colleagues to manage relationship with suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance with contract terms.
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers.
- Assist department manager to set up stock numbers for new items and products.
- Research and develop products for the Company to sell by tasting and evaluating sample products, visiting production companies, and working with the sales departments and warehouse to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Work with group companies and affiliated companies to assist with processing and shipping orders to their locations.

- Conduct inventory checks whenever there are discrepancies in the warehouse inventory.

Job Summary:

Our ideal Senior Superintendent candidate will manage and supervise all aspects of field operations for the assigned project from preconstruction through closeout. This includes preconstruction phase activities such as constructability reviews, QA/QC reviews, value engineering, subcontract scoping, site logistics plan and preconstruction schedule management. Essential Duties & Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- PRECONSTRUCTION: Assist in the estimating / budgeting process, perform constructability reviews, help develop and manage the value engineering process, assist in the preparation of preliminary schedules and prime contract reviews.
- CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Clearly understand all documents that make up the "Contract Documents” and enforce/manages the documents.
- AGREEMENTS: Review scope descriptions and ensure they are complete and well-coordinated.
- SAFETY: Ensure that the project site is safe and that the Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) is implemented comprehensively, and all Bernards safety procedures are being followed.
- FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Assist the team in presenting major issues of the projection to upper management. Ensure all reasonable efforts have been made to maximize the project fee or minimize losses.
- RISK MANAGEMENT: Assist in ensuring proper insurance is in place and that the project is in full compliance with all Bernards’ risk management policies.

- Assist dentists during procedures.
