Day-to-Day Responsibilities As a physiatrist, you will round at 1?3 Skilled Nursing Facilities or similar rehabilitation centers, 1?3 days per week at each location. Your primary focus will be delivering specialized physiatry care to 25+ patients per day who are experiencing difficulty participating in therapy due to pain or functional limitations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing focused assessments and developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with facility primary care teams to optimize therapy participation and functional recovery.
- Providing targeted interventions such as joint injections, Botox treatments, dry needling, and medication management based on patient-specific needs.
- Serving as the sole physiatrist on-site, operating with a high level of autonomy while supported by a collaborative clinical team for consultation as needed.
- Coordinating care and referring to other specialties or services for issues beyond the scope of physiatry.
This role is best suited for a self-motivated and confident clinician who thrives in independent practice environments and is passionate about improving rehabilitation outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted PA or NP license.
- DEA licensed or willing to obtain DEA licensure.
- Nursing home and/or physiatry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Comfort and interest in performing peripheral joint injections (knees, shoulders, hips).

THE OPPORTUNITY
Weintraub Tobin is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Sacramento office in support of a dynamic team of business litigation attorneys. This position is on-site for the first 90 days. After that period, a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote may be available.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and maintain internal case databases, including importing and exporting documents, locating files, running productions, analytics, and email threading, and conducting document review and coding.
- Conduct document searches using eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity) and perform factual research utilizing Westlaw and online resources.
- Manage all aspects of discovery, including organizing, reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing discovery materials; preparing and responding to discovery requests; and drafting subpoenas to third parties.
- Assist attorneys in deposition preparation by gathering relevant documents and organizing exhibits.

- 8:30pm for the first 2 weeks) Responsibilities for Pharmacy Technician The ideal candidate will be able to accurately and efficiently fill prescription requests in a high volume automated refill setting.
Under the supervision of a Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician prepares, packages, and distributes medications in a fast-paced production environment.
Maintains continuous, consistent work flow in order to meet daily production goals; and has the ability to work productively either independently or as a team with acute attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.
Manually fill prescription vials with prescribed tablets and capsules.
Must-read computer-generated screens to find indicated merchandise on labeled shelves, verify size and strength.
Perform basic mathematical reasoning to either count or calculate appropriate number of units needed to fill prescriptions.
Replenish medication in automated dispensing cells to full capacity; opening large quantities of bottles and cases of product.
Use of handheld scanner unit to scan barcodes of product, entering expiration and lot information into computer application.
Maintains high level of focus to avoid cross contamination and performs quality assurance check for expired and/or damaged product.
Completes weekly cycle counts as assigned by Inventory Mgr.
Requires audits of cell inventory, counting product at primary and secondary bin locations.
Assists with research and identification of root cause of discrepancies as needed.
Prepare cold chain and specialty prescriptions following special requirements for handling and packing.
Assists with packing and shipping of prescriptions.
Understands and abides by federal and state HIPAA laws as well as pharmacy standard procedures to ensure patient safety and privacy.
Demonstrate problem resolution skills: ability to recognize, address and escalate issues to management.
Perform cleaning and maintenance on all cells/cassettes as needed.
Includes dissembling of automated cells, replacing broken or missing parts, and performing calibration audits.
Requirements for Pharmacy Technician High school graduate or equivalent 2-3 years of experience in a Pharmacy setting California Pharmacy Technician License National Certification (CPhT) .
