Equipment reliability is critical and the Senior Machine Maintenance Engineer will play a central role in protecting performance, uptime and quality.
As the Senior Machine Maintenance Engineer your responsibilities will include
• Deliver proactive preventive and predictive maintenance across industrial machinery including CNC equipment, grinding machines and large scale production systems
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical faults including alignment issues, vibration, spindle and bearing failures and precision loss
• Troubleshoot electrical and control systems including drives, motors, sensors and PLC integrated machinery
• Lead root cause investigations, implement corrective actions and improve long term machine reliability
• Develop maintenance strategies, mentor technicians and drive continuous improvement across the site
As the Senior Machine Maintenance Engineer you will bring
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline
• Strong hands on mechanical diagnostic capability across industrial or manufacturing equipment
• Solid electrical fault finding skills including drives, motors and industrial control systems
• Experience working on large scale production machinery such as pressing machines, vacuum systems or similar heavy industrial equipment

This is a high-value equipment sales role responsible for selling large-capacity forklifts, container handlers, terminal tractors, port equipment, and related service solutions.
We are targeting professionals currently selling or who have sold equipment from manufacturers such as Toyota Heavy Duty (THD), Konecranes, Taylor, Hyster, Kalmar, Autocar, TICO, Ottawa, Hoist, Fantuzzi, CVS Ferrari, SANY, Combilift (large capacity), or similar.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow heavy duty equipment sales across ports, logistics, rail, manufacturing, and industrial accounts
- Sell new and used heavy duty forklifts, container handlers, terminal tractors, port equipment, rentals, service, and fleet programs

Position Summary
The Area Manager is responsible for the operations and performance of multiple clinics within a defined region (typically 2–5 locations). This role ensures each clinic delivers high-quality patient care, achieves financial and operational goals, and maintains a positive work culture. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple clinics to ensure service quality, compliance, and patient satisfaction.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to Clinic Managers and staff.
- Partner with Medical Directors to ensure quality of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor operational performance, staffing levels, productivity, and patient volume across assigned clinics.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency at each site.

- Monitor employer account entry into the system and ensure new accounts are set up within 24 hours.
- Drive employee engagement, patient satisfaction, and client retention within the assigned region.
- Track performance metrics (financial, quality, patient experience, compliance, etc.) and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Run reports to ensure claims on hold and unprocessed claims are addressed in a timely manner.
- Participate in regional and corporate planning sessions; recommend improvements in processes, staffing, or facilities.
- Ensure all clinics comply with federal, state, and local laws, as well as payor and accreditation requirements.
- Travel regularly between clinics to provide direct oversight and support.

- Clinical certification (RN, LVN, Medical Assistant, X-Ray Tech) a plus but not required.
