Role Description
Saika Technologies, Inc. is seeking a full-time on-site Sr. STA (Static Timing Analysis) Engineer to join our San Francisco Bay Area team. In this role, you will perform and analyze Static Timing Analysis to ensure timing closure for design projects across multiple process nodes. The Sr. STA Engineer will work closely with design, verification, and physical design teams to troubleshoot timing issues, develop constraints, and create timing sign-off reports. Additional responsibilities include scripting to enhance workflow efficiency, contributing to design optimization, and delivering high-quality design sign-offs within project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Static Timing Analysis (STA), timing closure methodologies, and tools such as Synopsys PrimeTime
- Strong understanding of digital design principles, RTL design flows, and physical design concepts
- Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or TCL for automation and workflow optimization
- Knowledge of industry-standard tools and processes for quality control, design verification, and debugging
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

The Role
The Director, Education & Workforce will lead the design, development, and execution of workforce education and training initiatives at Volta Foundation.
This role has a strong focus on curriculum and training program development and strategic partnerships across industry, academia, and government. The Director will drive workforce readiness by building scalable education programs, managing multi-stakeholder initiatives, and aligning objectives and outcomes with evolving industry needs.
This role is a full-time, remote contract position with an initial two-year agreement, with the possibility of extension based on performance, funding, and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Education & Training Program Leadership
- Lead the development of workforce training programs and curricula for professionals across the energy storage value chain.
- Design scalable learning pathways, including workshops, short courses, certifications, and professional training programs.
- Ensure all training and curriculum offerings align with current and emerging industry standards, technologies, and workforce needs.
Industry-Government-Academia Partnership Growth
- Collaborate with industry leaders, educational institutions, workforce organizations, and government agencies to develop workforce initiatives.
- Support and expand apprenticeship, internship, and experiential learning programs that connect education to employment.
- Liaison with institutions and form strong partnerships across industry, government and academia, with key oversight into Volta Foundation academia partnerships.
- Act as a convener across stakeholders to align workforce supply with industry demand.
Educational Resource Center Management
- Oversee the operations and strategic growth of an educational resource center focused on energy storage technologies, workforce development, and training
- Create accessible and effective mediums to aggregate learning resources
- Manage partnerships with educational institutions, training providers, and workforce organizations to expand and enhance offerings.
Curriculum Development & Credentialing
- Lead the creation and continuous improvement of curriculum, training materials, and instructional content.
- Partner with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
- Develop and oversee credentialing, certification, or badge programs related to battery technologies and workforce skills.
Program Management
- Serve as the primary owner of multiple concurrent education and workforce initiatives, managing scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Develop program frameworks, metrics, and reporting to track impact, participation, and workforce outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver programs on time and at high quality.
Funding & Grant Support
- Identify workforce funding opportunities, including public and private grants.
- Support or lead grant writing, proposal development, and reporting in collaboration with partners.
- Ensure funded programs meet grant requirements and deliver stated outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in workforce development, curriculum design, or education program management.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs
- Experience in the energy, battery, or advanced manufacturing sectors is required
- Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing education or workforce training portfolios at scale.

Compensation
We offer competitive salary and on-target earnings package commensurate with the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

How You'll Contribute:
This Service Delivery Manager (SDM) be responsible for successfully representing and leading highly talented On-Site Audio-Visual Support Teams.
The SDM will manage on-site team personnel and act as a liaison to Diversified to ensure the employee feels part of Diversified while working on site daily at client location.
What You'll Do:
- Manage U. S. On Site Audio Visual team personnel and act as liaison between the client and Diversified ensuring that employees feel they are part of Diversified while still working every day at client site.
- Responsible for the fulfillment of the client SOW requirements, as it relates to the talents and skills needed to deliver. Responsible for delivery of services with On Site personnel. Interview and place candidates for Service clients. Write and modify job descriptions, post, interview for skills and fit.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to create standards for employee onboarding to deliver committed to On Site Services. Ensure employee logistics, set client expectations, hours of operations and manage overtime and billing. Oversee onboarding activities such as badging, security requirements, etc.

- Develop ways for onsite team track metrics of the event production team in scheduling, forecasting, and reporting on capacity planning for both people and equipment requirements Identify needs and support creation of team structure as Services expands (supervisors, managers, team leads). Specific metrics such as number of meeting requests, break-fix cases and A/V room sweeps including client user survey comments are pulled from the client ticketing system and AV dashboards to show performance statistics for all Diversified AV technicians as well as all client sites with AV case requests globally.
- Ensure client satisfaction is maintained.
- Ensure proper accounting of resources, bill rates, utilization and tracking is in place.
- Provide insight, coaching and professional development to team to enhance knowledge and technical skills. Employee development and mentoring of professional goals for individual contributors.

What You’ll Be Working On:
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional technical support to customers via Zendesk, meeting SLAs and maintaining high CSAT (95%+).
- On-Call Rotation: Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to VMs, hardware failures, and scaling tests using CLI and internal tools.
- Alert Triage and Maintenance: Manage alert triage, prepare for maintenance windows, and conduct node delivery testing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams from initial triage to root cause analysis (RCA) delivery.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 4+ years of equivalent technical experience.
- Linux Proficiency: Strong command-line interface (CLI) skills in Linux environments.
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git for code management and collaboration.
- Customer Support Experience: 5+ years of experience in a customer support role, ideally within cloud, storage, or networking environments.
- Cloud Technologies: Experience with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), workload management (e.g., Slurm, Terraform), and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana).

Compensation:
