POSITION

They will style, create, be featured in and edit platform-native content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role blends hands-on content creation with a deep understanding of denim + styling and will work closely with creative, styling, and strategy teams to translate seasonal collections, styling trends and viral product into scroll-stopping content that feels authentic, culturally relevant, and made for each platform. Position Summary
The Customs Manager is responsible for providing operational leadership and compliance oversight for local customs brokerage activities. - Working with more senior paralegals and/or attorneys, perform all elements of litigation case management, including document and file management, case calendaring, discovery support, and trial prep and logistics activities.
- On a case-specific basis, coordinate and oversee the tasks of more junior paralegals and other support staff as needed.
- Interact with outside entities (e.g. courts, government agencies, expert witnesses, corporations, vendors and other law firms) to coordinate activities as needed in support of assigned cases.
- Draft, review, and/or analyze routine legal documents as requested by attorneys; conduct legal research under attorney supervision.
- Create and maintain effective working relationships with others to facilitate a positive and productive work environment.
- Continuously refining, developing, and expanding skills in anticipation of changes in the work environment or profession.
- Adhere to Firm policies, practices, and priorities; and perform other duties as requested by Firm management.

Qualifications:
- BS/BA from an accredited college or university required. Paralegal certificate is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in an Amlaw 100 firm or specialized litigation boutique law firm.
- Experience with all stages of litigation, including use of current e-discovery database tools, modern e-filing practices, and trial preparation activities required; experience working at trial or arbitration proceedings strongly preferred.
- Must have trial experience.
- Proficient with cite-checking, Bluebook rules, and California Style Manual preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks simultaneously; work equally well as part of a team in both a leadership and subordinate role; and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure typical of complex modern litigation, investigation, and arbitration matters.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) with individuals at all levels of the firm in an appropriate and professional manner; strong service orientation, sense of accountability and attention to detail.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and proactively handle all paralegal responsibilities without prompting from administration or attorneys.

The Pathology and Laboratory Department is a twelve-member group that serves four hospitals in Santa Clara County: O'Connor Hospital in San Jose, CA; Regional Medical Center, in San Jose, CA; Saint Louise Regional Hospital in Gilroy, CA; and Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, CA.
The Laboratory within Santa Clara Valley Healthcare is a full-service Clinical and Anatomic Pathology Laboratory comprised of the sections of Chemistry, Special Chemistry, Toxicology, Hematology, Coagulation, Transfusion Service, Microbiology, Virology, Mycobacteriology, Immunology, Parasitology, Mycology, Processing and Accessioning, Histology, Cytology, Laboratory Information Services, and Support Services. The Laboratory receives, processes, and tests approximately 2500-3000 specimens per day in a highly automated facility. The high volume, multi-disciplinary workload provides rich and varied experiences in laboratory medicine.
The Laboratory serves Santa Clara Valley Healthcare, our outpatient clinics, the inmate population at the jails and correctional institutions, and provides specialized reference laboratory services to other community hospitals.
About the Position
The Chair of Pathology and Laboratory requires an active California Medical license, and the candidates must be Board Certified in both Anatomic and Clinical Pathology with a minimum of 3 years of progressive medical leadership experience. Experience at a large hospital or health system with Level I or II trauma center is highly desirable.
The Chair will oversee departmental strategic direction, clinical operations, quality improvement, faculty development, and the integration of all pathology and laboratory services within the health system. The Chair is responsible for the leadership oversight of all medical staff functions (i.e. OPPE, FPPE, peer review). The Chair will collaborate with hospital leaders and clinical department chairs across SCVH to ensure delivery of pathology and laboratory services consistently and accurately, timely results that directly impact patient safety, diagnosis care and will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical or educational programs for the department. POSITION OVERVIEW
The Glazing Engineer is responsible for the completion of high quality façade, curtain wall and glazing system projects on time, within budget and within scope. This role will oversee all aspects of a project from start to finish by coordinating efforts involving the internal team, subcontractors, vendors, and owners/developers. The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, adjusting to changing priorities from various directives, and communicate effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees the design development and coordination of custom curtain wall and glazing systems, translating architectural intent into engineered, buildable, and fully coordinated façade solutions. Capable of leading multiple projects and supervising engineers.
- Know and comply with all federal, state, local building codes, ordinances and regulations, maintaining the highest standards for safety and quality.
- Manage relationships with all internal and external parties in order to determine specifications of the project, resolve conflict, and support success.
- Establish project schedule and delegate project tasks based on staff strengths, skills, and experience.
- Secure and allocate all resources needed for the completion of the project including building permits, licenses, materials, equipment.
- Negotiate, manage and communicate changes to contract scope, schedule and costs.
- Plan and execute inspections, assess design compliance and quality, minimize risk.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Regularly confer with supervisors to monitor and report on compliance, quality and productivity.
- Be a strong team leader, build synergy within and across the team, and develop individuals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in façade, curtain wall, or glazing system engineering within a design-build or design-assist environment
- Strong understanding of building envelope design, structural behavior, waterproofing, and thermal performance
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools; familiarity with façade testing standards (ASTM, AAMA, NFRC)
- Experience coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and fabricators through design, procurement, and installation
- Skilled in technical documentation, submittal review, and field problem-solving
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary project teams
- A valid driver’s license.
