A clinical-stage biotech company in the Bay area is in need of a Senior Statistical Programmer to support the team on a long-term basis. This consultant must have strong tenure and experience in late-phase oncology clinical trials, preferably solid tumor. POSITION OVERVIEW
The Site Manager manages the daily operations for a XXX-unit supportive housing site located in the (Tenderloin) Neighborhood of San Francisco. The Site Manager oversees all aspects of operations at their assigned property, ensuring efficient management, resident satisfaction, and the physical upkeep of the building. Reporting to the Regional Property Director, the Site Manager is responsible for supervising the on-site team, including the Maintenance Supervisor, and Assistant Site Manager. The Site Manager works closely with the maintenance and resident services teams to address tenant needs, enforce lease terms and house rules, and maintain a safe, clean, and empowering living environment. This role also ensures compliance with applicable housing regulations and funding requirements.
The Site Manager may also participate in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours building and resident emergencies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Property Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned property, ensuring compliance with HomeRise policies and housing regulations.
- Oversee lease agreements, including Housing Quality Inspections (HQIs), rent calculations, subsidy tracking, and tenant certifications.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to address repairs, preventive maintenance, and work orders promptly.
Resident Relations
- Foster a supportive and professional relationship with residents to promote housing retention and satisfaction.
- Address resident concerns, mediate conflicts, and enforce house rules and lease terms.
- Work with resident services staff to provide resources and reduce barriers to stability.
Staff Supervision and Leadership
- Supervise the Maintenance Supervisor, Assistant Site Manager, and Desk Clerks, ensuring high performance and adherence to job expectations.
- Provide training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align on operational priorities and address challenges.
Administrative Responsibilities

Maintenance Oversight

- High school diploma required.
- Certification in property or affordable housing management preferred (Tax Credit Certification) or completed within 6 months of hire date.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience working in the housing (affordable or supportive) field with a strong knowledge of the San Francisco housing market and geography.
- Preferred experience as a supervisor of multi-family housing or five (5) years’ experience as a manager of multi-family housing.
- Supervisory experience managing on-site property staff, including maintenance and administrative personnel.
- Experience operating buildings with multiple funding sources, restrictions, qualifications, and certification requirements is a plus. Specifically, Tax Credit and Public Housing Authority experience.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local fair housing laws.

- Participate in educational and professional programs and/or review professional literature on an ongoing basis to maintain knowledge and competency in current and developing techniques, professional standards, and the HME products and services offered by AdaptHealth
- Oversees timely and efficient execution of all branch operations including Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics and Respiratory staff (with appropriate clinical supervisory support, as required)
- Ensure that the services provided via the branch location are done so in accordance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those put forth by: CMS, Department of Health, DOT, FDA, OSHA, and the company’s accreditation organization
- Manage logistics team providing daily direction and communication to employees so that orders are routed in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner or exceed productivity and cost per delivery goals
- Ensure cost-effectiveness and delivery timeliness through selected method of delivery regarding delivery management throughout organization
- Responsible for managing inventory and working collaboratively with the department leaders to ensure that all customers receive their goods and services with a timely, efficient, and clinically safe manner
- Control inventory at the branch level. Place purchase orders in accordance with company restocking protocol
- Addresses service concerns, identifies trends and reacts accordingly
- Work with regional and department leadership to resolve concerns and to improve the patient experience
- Responsible for root cause analysis and problem resolution for all operations reviewing trends of customer service failures, determines root cause analysis, and implements appropriate communication / measures for improvements
- Maintain rapport with ordering physicians and referral sources. Inform the physicians and pertinent others of the changes in the patient’s condition through visit reports and telephone communication
- Conduct consistent communication with regional and departmental leadership throughout organization to review delivery resources to maintain the organizational goals and metrics for patient care, safety, personnel, and maintenance
- Works with others to ensure initial and ongoing training occurs regularly with return demonstration and accountability as evidenced by achieving operational and regulatory audit goals.
- Assist in resolving patient equipment problems under emergency conditions
- Assist with preventative maintenance, required service checks, and patient/environmental assessment on home respiratory equipment during scheduled visits to patients
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- An associate degree from an accredited college required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Five (5) years’ experience in the HME leadership is required
- Relevant experience in health care, insurance customer services, claims, billing is preferred
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence

Responsibilities
What you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to:
- Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans of patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders
- Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences
- Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources
- Communicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members
- Communicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications
What you will need:
- Minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice
- Current CPR Certification in accordance with state regulations
- A minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferred
- Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Moving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures
- Duties require fine motor skills,visual acuity, and walking/ standing for extended periods
- Additional physical requirements include: pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at times
- A health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, depending on specific location policy, local and state regulations to verify employee is physically capable of performing assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodations
