Summary of Duties:
The Assistant Project Manager Reports directly to the Project Managers and provides assistance to the Project Team. The Assist PM is responsible for the job duties listed below. The Assistant PM shall conduct business in a professional manner, strive for team excellence, and emphasize Faulconer’s Core Values at all times.
Essential Functions: The Assist PM’s duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Contact, communicate & coordinate with Subcontractors
- Develop Subcontracts, including cost, production tracking, entry and change management in Viewpoint
- Project Purchase Order development, tracking, entry and change management in Viewpoint
- Code project invoices
- Add Cost Codes into Viewpoint / Heavy Job as needed
- Assist in resource (Manpower/Equip.) planning and crew development on projects
- Upload latest plans and specifications into Procore as requested by Project Management
- Primavera 6 Scheduling Assistance – data entry, development and updating
- Subcontractor Pay Applications including reviews for compliance, and obtaining approval. You must also obtain lien waivers from the subcontractors
- Submittal Development and overall management through project completion
- Onsite Field Staff Training (iAuditor, Heayjob, Procore, etc.)
- Coordinate and set up reservations as requested (hotel, meetings, etc.)
- Miss Utility setup and tracking
- Assist Project Management in overall project cost tracking and learning how to complete Cost to Completes on a project-specific basis

Work Environment
This job operates in both an office environment and on work/job sites. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Will be exposed to various weather conditions, working around moving machinery/equipment, excessive noise and dust/dirt on job sites. Will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as protective eyewear, safety vests, hard hats and appropriate footwear.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week. Occasional overtime may be required. Due to the nature of the job, the employee may be available on-call early/late hours to deal with delays, bad weather and/or emergencies at the job site.

As a senior member of the professional team, the Director of Advancement will integrate relationship-building, storytelling, and philanthropy to inspire generous investment from congregants and community members. The Director will hold primary accountability for building and leading a comprehensive fundraising program, including membership giving, annual and major gifts, endowment, planned giving, and support for capital campaigns and other initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning

Fundraising & Donor Engagement
- Achieve measurable, transformational growth in annual giving and endowment participation consistent with a five-year fundraising plan.
- Lead all major fundraising initiatives, including membership, annual giving, endowment and legacy giving, special campaigns, and grants.
- Build, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of major donors in partnership with clergy and lay leaders to strengthen relational philanthropy.

Marketing, Communications & Storytelling

- Equip clergy and lay leaders to communicate the Case for Support with confidence, clarity, and conviction.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring many of the following:
- Significant experience in nonprofit development, advancement, or philanthropy, with a track record of growing annual giving and securing major gifts.
- Experience building or leading a development or advancement team and working effectively with senior leadership and volunteer leaders.
- Demonstrated success cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual donors, including at the major gift level.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to connect narrative, vision, and financial support.
- Ability to create strategy for and implement systems to leverage data and analytics to inform strategy and measure progress.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, relationship driven environment, including some evenings and weekends.

A Snapshot of Your Day
As a CNC Vertical Boring Machine (VBM) Operator, you will be responsible for the precise manufacturing of components using CNC VBM machinery, ensuring adherence to safe and efficient production processes. You will operate and monitor the VBM equipment, ensuring that all products are produced to the highest quality standards and within specified timelines. Your role will involve a commitment to continuous improvement initiatives, including Six Sigma, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
Working with minimal supervision, you will manage your own workflow, including setting up machines, selecting appropriate tools, and making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Set up and operate all large VBMs and perform various machining operations on a variety of parts and components
- Sets up and operates one or more of the following:
- CNC VBM with various control software
- Operate machine using various tables and fixtures
- Interpret technical drawings and GD&T; verify dimensions using precision instruments (micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators).
- process inspections and record measurements to maintain tolerance and surface finish requirements.
- guarding and PPE requirements (29 CFR 1910.212) to prevent exposure to hazards.
- Safely handle large components using overhead cranes and forklifts per company certification standards.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 3 years of experience operating boring CNC machines with Siemens and/or FANUC controls is required.
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain Fork Truck and Critical Lift (B+) level crane licenses.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position at the machine console and move/position to set up tooling and inspect parts throughout the shift, reasonable accommodations available.
- Ability to manually lift up to 50 lbs for short durations, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work with either written, oral, or graphic instructions.
- Proven ability to use precision gages and set tooling to high accuracies, preferably on large diameters.
- Ability to obtain an ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certificate (Silver Level or higher) as part of the pre-hire assessment. Siemens Energy will assist in scheduling the test upon shortlisting.
- Successful applicants must be able to pass standard hearing, vision, and pulmonary function tests or any other as required to perform the duties.

This is a 4 days x10 hours Night position. The primary purpose of this position is to be skilled in the use of manual GTAW welding of superalloys including Inconel and Hastelloy. Thin wall welding and passing a 6G Butt Joint Open Root is a requirement. Experience with fitting and coldworking materials to shape within requirements is a must.
Success is dependent upon flexibility in working urgent priorities and effectively completing daily work assignments day to day.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Perform a wide variety of layout/fitting/ welding required to complete restore service-ran Combustion components to Engineered requirements.
- Cold work and form components to meet tolerance requirements.
- Use hand tools, grinders, burrs etc, to recondition surfaces to specifications
- Interpret detailed drawings/sketches, blueprints, manufactures specifications, etc., and determines necessary tools to perform required machining operations.
- Using material handling devices (Jib & B/C cranes and forklifts), loads/unloads parts from machines and/or assists crane operator.
- Must be able to attain Career Readiness Certificate at a Silver Level.
What You Bring
- Must be able to pass the following welding qualification tests: Inconel GMAW 6G Butt Joint Open Root to the ISO standard.
- Must have high school diploma and have 1-3 years of industrial-welding-assembly experience or formal training.
- Ability to obtain fork truck and crane license. Prefer to have previous experience.
- Ability to use basic shop math and precision measuring equipment.
- Must be able to pass standard hearing, vision, and PFT tests. Career Readiness/Work Keys Certificate - Silver Status required
- Required to lift / move 50lbs of materials

Qualifications10+ years of progressively increasing operational management experience in the context of a growing organization or business, including line management in at least one of the functional domains of the COO role (operations, compliance, transportation, technology, data analytics, school nutrition, student enrollment, or facilities).
Previous experience in K-12 schools/education required; must bring robust knowledge of K-12 public education, education reform initiatives, and the charter school movement.

The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands:
