BHE GT&S has an exciting opportunity as an Associate Business Performance Analyst, Business Performance Analyst, or Sr Business Performance Analyst at our Greystone location in Columbia, SC.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defines and develops performance metrics.
- Ensures data integrity in reporting and analytics.
- Identifies and implements better work and business processes.
- Develops, programs, and implements automated methods and systems, to track workflow and performance efficiencies.
- Performs economic, business, and engineering analyses.
- Collect daily measurement data; coordinate resolution of non-collecting devices (meters, electronic field measurement devices, communication devices, tec.) with field personnel.
- Analyze/trouble-shoot inconsistencies in measurement data; performs estimates as required using best available estimate routine for given situation.
- Activities will feed into the EBB system daily to provide balancing data to pipeline shippers and allow shippers to manage their daily business on the pipeline.
- Responsible for performing the measurement function to assure the overall integrity and accuracy of data received from the SCADA system and uploaded to the EBB system. All activities must be performed in compliance with FERC regulations.
- Interactions with various departments throughout the company including but not limited to: Field Operations, Transportation services, Accounting and Management.
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate Business Performance Analyst:
0-2 years of relevant directly related work experience.
Business Performance Analyst:
3+ years of relevant directly related work experience.
Sr. Business Performance Analyst:
5+ years of directly related work experience.
Education : Bachelor (Typically four years of related, progressive work experience would be needed for candidates applying for this position who do not possess a bachelor's degree.)
Preferred Degree : Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance

We need a dynamic individual to help grow the impact of our engineering team! This position involves maintaining computers and servers related to television transmission and video automation systems, as well as business-side workstations.
The candidate will also be directly responsible for hands-on support of all broadcast equipment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain and repair station all broadcast and supporting equipment as needed Provide support in the management of Servers, Network Security and Network Services Assist with transmitter maintenance Provide PC/Mac hardware/software support of on-site installing, servicing, updating, and repairing workstations Address maintenance and repair requests as required.
Respond to issues regarding facilities maintenance to include but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, grounds, etc.
The possibility of unexpected and/or late-night calls for engineering-emergencies at the station Act as the subject matter expert and point of contact for all things as it relates to equipment and technology at the location, as well as stay up-to-date on the new industry standards Provide additional support and resource subject matter expertise in the absence of the Chief Engineer to all staff (including leadership and location personnel, and the onsite Engineering team) Implement, install & maintain engineering systems and provide end-user support across all departments Requirements: Associates degree or higher in IT, electronics or computer related field 2

Job Summary
Provides primary health care to a specific patient population within the guidelines of written protocols. Follows established nursing standards, procedures, and practices.
Accountabilities
- Engages in the diagnosis and treatment of disease, defects or injuries and recommend or prescribe treatments for the relief or cure of physical, mental or functional ailments or defects.
- Performs all charting, summaries, correspondence and assorted paperwork that is required for purposes of documenting care and billing.
- Participates in physician educational programs provided by Employer relative to capitated medicine and its implications on physician practice patterns.
- Participates in responding to requests for proposals for managed care contracts.

Establishment of quality assurance programs
Establishment of utilization management programs
Selection of management information systems
Development of patient education services
Development of patient satisfaction surveys
- Assists in the development of operational and capital budgets.
- Participates in operational assessments in search of revenue enhancement, expense reductions, consolidation efficiencies and billing opportunities.

Minimum Requirements
Master's Degree in Nursing; Nurse Practitioner Degree Emphasis or Program Certificate equivalent.

- South Carolina Official Recognition Nurse Practitioner - NLNP
- Prescriptive Authority South Carolina Nursing License
- South Carolina Controlled Substance license; Federal DEA license
