PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitates intake and triage of data and report requests, in collaboration with the Assistant Administrator for Quality Improvement
Supports quality improvement functions, collaborating with clinical and operational partners to plan and implement improvement initiatives, and to objectively analyze impact and outcomes
Supports timely HMC data submission for Hospital Outpatient Quality Reporting (OQR), Inpatient Quality Reporting (IQR) and Inpatient Psychiatric Facility Reporting (IPF)
Monitors benchmarking (e.g., Vizient Quality & Accountability Scorecard, US News, WSHA, Leapfrog) performance trends, communicating findings with clinical leadership, and via the appropriate quality improvement committee structures
Supports data submission and analysis for Leapfrog and other assigned quality programs, participating in associated improvement efforts when indicated
Maintains current knowledge of related internal/external data requirements and data definitions for all assigned data elements and serves as an institutional resource related to selected internal/external data requirements to help educate stakeholders
Networks and coordinates with other team members focused on quality and safety efforts, including clinical leadership, other Clinical Quality Analysts, Computer Specialists, Clinical Documentation Specialists, Population Health, IT/Analytics, Finance, and quality work groups
Independently abstracts and analyzes clinical care from complex medical record system as requested
Identify potential deficiencies in clinical care and refer cases for expert review as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
BA or BS in Nursing or equivalent medical field, with 3+ years of clinical experience
The Clinical Quality Analyst must also have 3 years of recent experience with quality improvement and/or patient safety activities in a hospital setting
Demonstrated ability to coordinate information gathering and dissemination within a complex administrative system
Demonstrated ability to prepare and present information and communicate effectively with clinical, operational, and leadership stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to collaboratively facilitate multidisciplinary workgroups comprised of clinical providers, quality improvement team members, and other system constituents from different departments and levels
Ability to work effectively and efficiently with complex data collection and data registry collection systems
Ability to analyze data/care processes for identification of opportunities for improvement in care

Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Responsibilities:

Boeing’s Phantom Works is seeking an AC5 Chief Engineer – Phantom Works
The AC5 Chief Engineer will lead the technical direction and engineering personnel of the Advanced Communications, Computing, Cyber, Command and Control (AC5) portfolio within the Phantom Works Tech Base division. The position will direct the AC5 Thrust leads in setting technical strategies and roadmaps for air and space technology development, and report to the Phantom Works Systems Engineering Capability Leader.
You will lead an IPT spanning multiple functions including supply chain, IP&S, Quality / Supplier Quality, Production Engineering, Design Eng, Liaison Eng, Operations, and Materials & Processes to develop software and hardware prototypes conducting command and control across air, space, maritime, and land domains. You will provide technical direction over AC5’s sub-portfolios of advanced command and control, advanced mission planning, advanced communications, and advanced computing. Additionally, you will be Phantom Works’ multi-domain advocate across the BDS divisions, providing education and alignment on the DAF’s Battle Network, DON’s Project Overmatch, DOA’s Project Convergence, and USSF’s KRONOS.
This role is an excellent opportunity to further develop your leadership and visioning skills as you will set and lead a team in successful execution of a long-term long range kill chain objectives. ○ Commercial Negotiation: Lead the negotiation of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), tolling fees, and other manufacturing contracts. You are responsible for structuring deals that align incentives and protect our interests.
○ Partner Management: Serve as the single point of accountability for CM relationships. Set, track, and enforce KPIs for quality, OTIF delivery, and yield.
○ COGs Ownership: Own the external production cost model and rigorously define cost drivers and partner with the finance team to forecast scenarios and define and refine unit economics.
3. EPC Leadership and Scale Up
○ Project Delivery Strategy: Select and manage the appropriate project delivery model (e.g. Design-Bid-Build vs EPCM) and lead the selection of EPC vendors

What You’ll Bring
● B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or a closely related discipline, or equivalent experience gained through progressive responsibility in manufacturing operations. A PhD or MBA is a strong plus.
● 10+ years’ experience in chemical/process manufacturing, technology transfer, and/or contract manufacturing at pilot or commercial scale.

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Connector Development Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of next-generation interconnect products. This role will focus on creating advanced connector and cable solutions including signal and power connectors that meet the performance, reliability, and cost demands of leading technology customers worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a background in connector design and development, hands-on engineering experience, and the ability to collaborate across global teams and customer partners.
Essential Job Functions
- Reviews and documents customer requirements and designs products in compliance with stated requirements, focusing on ease of manufacturing with high reliability.
- Develop prototypes, oversee testing/qualification, and ensure compliance with industry and customer performance standards.
- Partner with Manufacturing to address cost reduction, quality improvement, and customer issue resolution.
- Stay current with technological trends and emerging interconnect solutions including power interconnect innovations to guide future product development.
- Checks and/ or approves engineering drawings, parts lists, and test sheets
- Ensures all ECNs are processed efficiently, effectively, and consistently.
- Correspondence with customers and suppliers as needed to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling tools (e.g., Creo) and Product Data Management systems (e.g., Windchill) preferred.
- Proficient in using DFMEA to evaluate and mitigate risks in mechanical assemblies and design analyses.
