Responsibilities
- Timber Procurement – Identify, cruise, appraise, and purchase standing timber (stumpage) and negotiate delivered wood
- Relationship Management – Build and maintain long-term relationships with landowners, timber dealers, contractors, and loggers.
- Contract Administration – Develop, negotiate, and execute timber contracts, draw up timber deeds and record at courthouse, ensuring compliance with sustainability and understand and provide certification standards (SFI/FSC)
- Harvest Oversight – Supervise logging operations, ensuring safety, environmental compliance (Best management Practices), and proper log utilization.
- Logistics & Inventory – manage wood flow to the mill, manage inventories, provide monthly inventory, adapt and adjust strategies based on market conditions.
- Communication – provide daily and weekly reports of travel, job bids, market conditions, and contract completion dates.

Job Summary
The Site Manager will plan, direct, coordinate and execute all facility maintenance related activities to ensure that the client's expectations and EMCOR goals are met. The Site Manager will be responsible for soft service delivery and relationships at the location, as well as supporting corporate projects. The Site Manager will coordinate and supervise all work completed by facility maintenance contractors and EMCOR employees. The Site Manager will be the primary interface between at the facility to foster an environment that is aligned with EMCOR values. The Site Manager will develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of facilities. Occasional travel required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Administers the CMMS system to ensure on time completion of identified facilities maintenance tasks. Supervises subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality work is provided to the site
- Build relationships with the client to understand objectives and make recommendations to improve facilities productivity, quality of service and results. Models company & client policies and procedures. Identifies, analyzes and resolves problems in a teamwork environment
- Evaluate physical buildings, assets, equipment and processes for compliance with standards (both Company and Customer) as required
- Interacts with the corporate project team to assist with proposals, Scope of Work documents and project execution. Follows up on punch list items and provide feedback to the corporate project team
- Provides input for regularly scheduled subcontractor performance reviews
- Promote commitment to environmental health and safety by adhering to safety practices, investigating concerns and making recommendations
Qualifications
- OSHA 10 hour and/or 30 Hour card is required. BOMA, IFMA, LEED Certifications a plus
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions including, but not limited to, safety policies and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations
- Requires use of MS Project, Word and Excel. Experience with Enterprise Software and CMMS required
Physical Demands

Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will provide key support in actively improving and driving processes and productivity. This position will support production, as well as improve and support current manufacturing, documentation, and processes metrics. It will also contribute to the improvement of existing processes and collaborate with product design teams to achieve design for manufacturability.
Responsibilities:
- Support new business opportunities by compiling detailed cost estimates that outline the manufacturing plan for that product (including process flow, equipment, hours, etc.)
- Support design for manufacturing optimization on new product development and phase gate KPI.
- Estimate manufacturing cost, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
- Compile a detailed timeline for all manufacturing launch activities, such as facilities, people, materials, processes, training, validation, etc., needed to support the start of production.
- Responsible for all tooling and technical engineering support to implement new products and processes into production. Selects and creates SOW, Capex, designs, installs, and modifies equipment and fixtures for new product launches and existing products.
- Leads process design functions to determine product flow through the manufacturing cell by use of current engineering and continuous improvement techniques. Establishes resource requirements and material flow using industrial engineering techniques and internal Company standards to establish optimum cell configuration (creation of the most efficient manufacturing cell from material inflow, through production, to outflow).
- Analyzes various product structures and processes in order to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce manufacturing costs. Performs DOE analysis to determine optimum operating parameters by manipulating variables and analyzing how they interact to achieve the most efficient cell, measured in terms of processing time, quality, and cost.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of Mechanical, Industrial engineering experience, master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years design experience (Pro-E, AutoCAD, SolidWorks- preferably in tooling, fixture, and equipment design, including plant layout) preferred
- Experience in NPI, Automation & Analytics, ERP/MES, Bill of Process, Welding, and Error Proofing.
- Knowledgeable in high and low volume manufacturing (APQP, prototyping, GD&T, OEE, equipment and supplier selection, DFM, 8D, process capability, CAD, and PLM systems).

- Assist with organization, planning, scheduling, and subcontractor scheduling of the project

A well-established commercial construction firm in the Madison County area is seeking an experienced Lead Estimator to join their growing team. This position plays a key role in the preconstruction process by developing accurate project cost estimates, analyzing drawings and schematics, and supporting successful project planning from early concept through closeout.
This role requires strong conceptual estimating experience. The estimator must be comfortable reviewing preliminary drawings, schematics, or incomplete plan sets and developing reliable pricing when full plans and specifications are not always available.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of project estimating from early project planning through commissioning and closeout.
- Developconceptual estimates using preliminary drawings, schematics, and limited project information.
- Analyze architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates for drywall and related construction projects.
- Calculate material quantities, labor costs, and overall project budgets.
- Evaluate construction methods and material selections to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather information needed for accurate pricing.
- Prepare detailed and competitive bids and proposals.
- Communicate with architects, contractors, and clients to clarify scope and project requirements.
- Maintain awareness of market pricing, material costs, and industry trends to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
- Support a smooth transition from estimating to project operations once work is awarded.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with conceptual estimating, including pricing projects from early-stage drawings or incomplete plan sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
