Responsibilities:
As a DSP, Caregiver or C.N.A. in one of our Jefferson programs, you will plan and teach recreational activities as well as activities of daily living, provide personal care, and support community integration for adults with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will perform other duties such as transporting clients locally (Jefferson/Fort Atkinson and the surrounding area), completing and maintaining accurate reports, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Don’t have any DSP, Caregiver, or CBRF-related experience? We provide all the paid classroom and on-the-job training needed to work in a CBRF Group Home or Day Program.
After completing our training program, you will be a CBRF-certified DSP/Caregiver!

The Permanent Service Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our services while also promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities: 1.
Assigning and scheduling jobs to team members based on their skills and workload, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications: 1.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a service management role within the trucking/automobile industry.

Proven experience in assigning jobs, managing progress, and providing exceptional customer service.
3.
Strong leadership skills, with a track record of leading and motivating teams to meet and exceed performance goals.
4.
Solid understanding of the trucking/automobile industry, including its operations, regulations, and safety standards.
5.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
6.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
7.
Proficiency in using service management software and other relevant computer applications.
8.
High level of organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
9.
Commitment to maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.
10.
Relevant professional certification or degree is a plus.
