The Event Support Coordinator is responsible for providing operational, administrative, and on-site support to ensure successful planning and execution of company events and marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Events Manager, Events Coordinator, and Event Logistics/Athlete Sponsorship Coordinator, this role manages event materials, supports internal teams and sponsors, tracks budgets, and helps deliver smooth, efficient, and customer-focused events aligned with company goals and values.


Job Functions

  • Supports event planning and execution through logistical and administrative assistance
  • Assists with the planning, preparation, and execution of internal and external events
  • Prepares, tracks, ships, set ups, and breaks down event materials and equipment
  • Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term goals that are in line with company vision and values
  • Acts as liaison between all departments such as Sales, Supply Chain, Dealer Development, Ad Brands, and Dealer Services
  • Supports on-site event operations, including physical setup and teardown as well as working in a warehouse environment with pallet jack and loading and offloading semis used for events
  • Collaborates in the creative thinking process by brainstorming and implementing event concepts and themes
  • Creates and updates Excel documents, PowerPoint presentations, and basic graphic assets
  • Maintains and updates event budgets, expenses, and tracking spreadsheets
  • Maintains strict confidentiality
  • Performs other duties and/or tasks as assigned


Specialized Skills

Required Qualifications and Education

  • High School or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience in an administrative support capacity
  • 0-2 years of coordinating events
  • Travel required up to 20% of the time
  • Valid Driver’s License required
