The Program Manager is responsible for the execution of task orders for a government customer. The PM ensures all program and project activities meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives while maintaining compliance with DoD, DISA, and Federal policies and standards. Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for overall management and ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely fashion.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Education/Experience: BA/BS in a technical or managerial discipline.
- Citizenship and Clearance:
- US Citizenship is required.
- Must have and maintain a current DoD Secret clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive program or project management experience, with at least 5 years supporting DoD or Federal IT programs.

We are looking for a Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) to join our team in support of a DoD customer in Alexandria, VA. The TOPM serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develops a Task Order Management Plan (TOMP) describing the technical approach, organizational resources and management controls to be employed to meet the cost, performance and schedule requirements
- Conducts contract Kick-off and In-Process Reviews (IPR) with government stakeholders
- Develops a Transition Plan, 8570/8140 report, and Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs).
- Create, review, and ensure all deliverables for the project are submitted on time.
- Develop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Project Schedule (IMPS) to include milestones, critical path, and resources to ensure timely delivery of government-required deliverables.

- Support OHR with organized and effective records management services to ensure key personnel information is accurately handled, correctly sanitized, archived, and digitized according to governing policies and regulations from the Office of Personnel Management (OPM)
- Manage Official Personnel Folder (OPF) for agency employees throughout their employment
- Coordinate final disposition of record to National Archive Records Agency (NARA)
- Process necessary OPM standard forms for transfer from and to agencies
- Communicate with team on record management updates, as well as communicate to leadership via prepared weekly reports and metrics
Experience Required for this Role:
- At least 3 years of experience providing HR support in a DoD or IC customer environment
