Position Summary:
The Business Sales Consultant must be able to influence C-Suite decision makers to think differently about their business through the co-employment relationship offerings of CoAdvantage. The Business Sales Consultant is responsible for establishing new customer business and identifying client's needs in the commercial markets of their assigned region. The primary objective of the Business Sales Consultant role is to establish new prospects and sell CoAdvantage PEO services per annual quota. Required Skills and Experience:

A Typical Day...Joining us as a Multi-Unit Team Leader, you'll provide leadership over three H&R Block tax offices. Using your people management experience and passion for helping people, you'll provide leadership to the customer-centric teams in the offices you manage to accelerate their seasonal tax business.
You'll serve as the front-line manager responsible for leadership and development of associates, delivering an outstanding client experience, and achieving all office related growth objectives for three tax offices. Prior tax preparation experience is not required.
You will start a flexible part-time schedule in the fall to prepare for the busy tax season. From January to April, you will transition to full-time, including evening and weekend hours as needed. Please note that this role is not remote and will require you to work in-person.

- Manage office staffing, operations, and logistics for multiple offices with support from Associate Team Leaders

- Conduct timely performance reviews and partner with Associate Relations Center to resolve associate issues and address performance concerns

- Lead daily team meetings and communicate essential information to tax office associates
- Create associate work schedules across all offices and ensure accurate timekeeping, as well as labor management for associates in all offices

Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business teams, SMEs, and technical partners to understand and document business needs
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical documentation
- Perform business process mapping, analysis, and improvement
- Support initiatives related to claims, billing, and healthcare platforms
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Create and execute test cases using user testing tools
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and compliance standards
- Support data and transaction workflows involving EDI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- experience with Hospitals or Healthcare Companies
- Strong experience in Business Analysis and Project Coordination
- Hands-on experience with business process mapping and documentation
- Experience working with claims and billing systems
- Ability to work closely with SMEs and business stakeholders
- Experience translating business requirements into functional requirements
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
- Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Familiarity with healthcare platforms and systems
- Working knowledge of EDI transactions
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance
- Experience using user testing tools
